Ciocca Subaru of Flemington

Thank you, Alex O. (Service) and Biz D. (Tech) of Ciocca Subaru of Flemington for taking care of my Outback's routine servicing last week! I waited for my car and was done in under an hour. I had done my research beforehand and sales associate Jon Scarafile was super helpful in ordering me the exact vehicle I wanted. Every step of the process after that was easy and efficient and I got a great price. When the vehicle was delivered, Jon made sure that I was familiar with the technology and set up my Android phone connection for me. Finance Manager Ryan Donahue made a necessarily complex finance process quick and painless. The entire process from ordering to financing and delivery probably took no more than 2-3 hours total. Thanks to Jon, Ryan, Alex and General Manager Michael Castor for making the whole experience a pleasure (plus I love my new Subbie!).

Cholo Flores was the representative who took care of me. Very nice, personable guy. It was just an oil change, but he was careful to explain the procedure, prices and approximate timing for the service and that if anything else was necessary, he'd inform me before proceeding. Everything was efficient and took about an hour. This customer felt attended to and valued. Cholo Flores is a nice, smiling face of Subaru!
