This dealership tries to take advantage of senior

This dealership tries to take advantage of senior citizens!!!! My aging parents went into this dealership to buy a new vehicle. As my mother put it... "the last new car they will buy". These guys attempted to take advantage of them. They attempted to charge almost $8000 more than their posted price. ON TOP OF THAT, they inflated the finance costs to the sum of an additional $120 a month ($10,000 over the life of the load). STAY AWAY!!!!

I have been cheated and defrauded in every imaginable

I have been cheated and defrauded in every imaginable way. They approved a loan with a 3-point higher interest rate than necessary for the car, which was also overpriced.. The service department claimed they did work, but they didn't. In my 70 years, I have never had such a bad experience with a car dealer. The only positive thing is that I like my car. It is essential to exercise caution as a buyer.

Don't argue with your customers

I was there today for oil change and tire rotation, waited over a month for service appointment. My car has around 30k miles and when I purchased 2 cars at this dealer I was told I'll be getting oil changes and tire rotations complimentary for 3 years or up to 36k miles. Well when I get there Service dept. tried to charge me for the service arguing with me (the customer) that i don't have any kind of agreement saying that and after checking says I only get 4 oil changes 7.5k, 15k, 22.5k and 30k. I'm not a mathematician but my car has 30k and it should be the fourth one today. He wouldn't budge so I ask to speak to manager (none to be found) Finance person spoked with me and couldn't find my records (allegedly) I grabbed my keys and decided to leave just for the service person to noticed that they entered my 3rd oil change twice. no apologies! but they finally did my oil change.

Avoid Hyundai City!

Had to have a minor repair on car door after purchase in July 2022. Took dealer 2 months to arrange it. Gave me a loaner car, and refused to pay taxes on use of car. There are dozens of other dealers who don't play games... avoid Hyundai City.

This review is about Service department wait times.

This review is about Service department wait times. They’re running a month behind when scheduling for service and on the day of service about a 3 hour wait for your car to be ready on a routine oil change

I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe about two weeks go.

I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe about two weeks go. everything went great with the deal. There was only one key fob for the car but the salesman told me I would get a second fob. Went back this week to pick up my registration and the sales manager told me I'd get. the fob. After I picked up the registration and returned to the showroom my salesman told me that because I didn't purchase the extended warranty I was buying the car "as is" and therefore did not qualify for the spare fob. I called their parts dept and found out the fob would cost $468.00 plus tax for the fob and programming. I think this is very bad business on their part and am very disappointed.

Dishonest Employees/Broken promise

I had my car towed to this place to see why it stopped running. They stated that they was a recall on the engine and I needed to bring in all paperwork showing the oil changes being completed. After doing that they said they will look into it and stated that it should be replaced or repair. Today got a call from them with a smart xxx on the phone saying that they are not going to honor it and I need to pay them $200 for the diagnostic fee and to get the car off the lot meanwhile in the background you can hear them making snarky remarks about and laughing about the conversation. These people are despicable and from there conversation they only want to take advantage of the consumer. I will never deal with this dealership ever again. They should have hung up the phone before they started making their comments.

We brought our car here for service on 9/26.

We brought our car here for service on 9/26. They had it for over 2 weeks, and still could not tell me how much it would cost to replace the break line. They suggested I buy a new car. Ridiculous! I had it towed to an independent shop, and had a quote of $1300 for the break line, pads and rotors within 24 hours, and the car repaired in under 72 hours.

I made an appointment online to have my car serviced...

I made an appointment online to have my car serviced today but when I got there the place was closed for their Christmas party. It would’ve been nice to receive a phone call, text message or email letting me know they were going to be closed around the time my appointment was made. I usually walk in because it’s better for me but I’m always told it’s better to have an appointment & look what happens. This was an inconvenience trying to make it here on time.
