Waited for 2 hr and 15 min for my vehicle under warranty

Waited for 2 hr and 15 min for my vehicle under warranty to get looked at. U had an appointment at 9:15 am and at 1130am the service guys said to me they hadn't gotten to my vehicle yet. I said I had an appointment for 9 15 this vehicle is under warranty...nothing told rhem.i didn't have time to wait another 2 hr they got me my vehicle by 12 30 and had nothing done.

First time they sold me $600 of batteries that never fixed the problem. Brought it in again. Service didn't even look at it when I had an appointment. No calls to update me. Do not go here.

Had an oil change and tire rotation, less than a thousand miles later a lug nut is missing. Do not get your truck serviced there.

I've been bringing my car here for years to be serviced

I've been bringing my car here for years to be serviced for years, but recently I think management changed and service has been horrible. They kept my vehicle for with 3 weeks very little information. When I was provided with updates it was to tell me that the repair they tried didn't fix the issue and I'd need to pay an additional $1000-$2000. I received this call approximately 3X!!!!! The service advisor lacked empathy and never seemed to be fully sure of what was going on and the call made to the service manager was never returned. This will be my last time purchasing a Jeep and the last time I bring my vehicle to this dealership for any type of service.

I will never again look or buy from Wilde, I bought 3 vehicles in the past 5 years and after my last one I have nothing good to say about their dealership. every experience was worst than the last one and I am also telling as many people as I CAN not to ever consider going to Wilde, all aspects of the experience were terrible
