Let's try something new. We purchased our 2021 Corolla last September, but waited until the 5k check-up before submitting the review. This is our 3rd purchase from Wilde, & perhaps our best buying experience yet! Giuseppe Fuoti is amazing! He gave full attention to every detail, not stopping until we were thoroughly satisfied. Clean and honest negotiations. Thom Provost (who sold us our 2020 Corolla) also helped Giuseppe close the sale the day we took delivery. Both experiences were handled with the utmost professionalism from start to finish! Can't say enough about their attention to customer satisfaction, and the newly designed Corolla is an amazing little car! Thanks Giuseppe and Thom for being exceptional! It keeps me coming back to Wilde!

Rachel Lovora was a pleasure to work with for the purchase of our new Toyota Highlander Limited. Our entire buying experience from Wilde Toyota, working with Rachel, exceeded our expectation for buying a new vehicle. She explained the features of our new vehicle while we were reviewing the information data sheets, kept us informed about the status of delivery of the vehicle and delivered the vehicle for us ahead of schedule. Great "shout out" to Rachel for being very helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. Jason in Finance was also very helpful and informative as we finalized all the paperwork and discussed options for extended warranties. He was very professional and courteous in dealing with us.

Ken Teramura was awesome - he was extremely helpful and informative when leasing my first car. He made things easily digestible and easy to understand when informing us of all the specifics of leasing. I highly recommend him when going through your finances at Toyota! In addition, I am giving this review 5 stars due to Ken, however I was not impressed with the overall process at Toyota. My car was 10 days late and then their systems shutdown. It would've been nice to have compensated for the inconvenience of this. My sales rep also didn't know much about the car I was buying and didn't give me much clarity throughout the process.

Matt F is AMAZING! I had such a wonderful experience buying a car from him. He was so helpful and patient. He explained everything and made sure I understood the terms and conditions of all the paperwork I was signing. Not only was he friendly, but he was also very accommodating and made me feel like he truly cared about my experience purchasing a car. I seriously can’t say enough about great he was. Jordan & Noman made the whole experience of buying my new 4Runner very easy and were there to help with any questions/concerns. Also went back a week later with a minor issue and was assisted by two of the service techs who were outstanding.

First I can tell you what didn’t go right and who was at...

First I can tell you what didn’t go right and who was at fault, but that doesn’t matter, because we had Bill, who kicked A$$, He got handed a mess to straighten out, and he did it, Used car sales Manager Jake came into it for a brief clean up, but Bill hung tough and when we thought about turning around and driving 4hrs back home on principal, we are so glad we didn’t. Bill took it to the goal line, and Wilde while giant in size, proved its a deal by deal world, every single deal matters, and I see how they fill every seat with a butt, lol or driver! Follow up was also tremendously strong, and thats when you find most are all talk, not Wilde and not Bill, they walk the walk! I’ve been in the business and Im hard to please, but while buying, behind we witnessed the most insane customer who had spent hours there, and was so so crazy I thought I was on canid camera, I kid you not. They , in the end, many of them where needed to deal with her, she even pulled my salesman Bill into it the mix for a short while as he and I sat waiting on admin details to be done, guess what, they some how turn that one around and assure you, 99% would of shown her the door hours before!! Lol So its not a 11 out of 10 for me, But lets go 10 1/2 out of 10! Darn solid!! Shawn Lekin Cedar Rapids, Iowa
