Run away
Same experience as the others. Spoke to salesman named Tony who didn't seem to interested in selling me a car. Told him to send me the final price and if I was good with it I would send a deposit. He said they don't take deposits and I would need an appointment and visit the dealership which is in another state. No thanks. How am I suppose to get my financing completed beforehand and ur gonna hold me hostage knowing that I flew down there to purchase the car. Give me all the info now if you want to do an internet sale. Jeeeez that's how it works.

GREED...…NEVER STOPS !!!
2nd part (DEALERS WORDING) Your trade in value/negative equity may affect price. (EXPLAINED WORDING) Always try to sell your old car before trading in at dealership ---------------------------------------------------- (DEALERS WORDING) In addition to the price, other dealer fees include Pre-Delivery Inspection $979, (EXPLAINED WORDING) What is this you say?? It’s a Final check a dealer performs on a car before it can be sold and driven on roadway. It is a comprehensive inspection, dealership tests all the features and functions of the car, add fluids, diagnostic check, make sure all lights are working and tires are solid. Once all of the mechanical and electronic tests have been performed, the vehicle is detailed inside and out as well. If no items are needed as in new tires and just fluids are changed out, you should not pay anything over $500, it takes approx. 2 hrs for a cert mechanic to do this. ====================================== (DEALERS WORDING) Destination Charges $995, (EXPLAINED WORDING) destination charge is a fee that the dealer charges for their expenses when they went to the auction or went to another dealership to pick up car. However, a lot of these cars were trade ins at the same dealership you are buying ur car from. --------------------------------------------------- (DEALERS WORDING) Document Processing Fees $995, + Tax (EXPLAINED WORDING) This is a dealer's document fee — also called a processing fee, But why another 995 dollars because it helps offset the dealer's cost of preparing all the paperwork that goes along with selling a car. Why that’s funny I thought it would be in the overpriced Electronic Registration/Title Filing Fee of $559. Hmm…$1000 to prepare paperwork, most tax accountants charge between 300-600 to do paperwork on 1099 schedule C workers which is way more complex then buying a car ------------------------------------------------ (DEALERS WORDING) Reconditioning Fees of $3,695 or less (may vary depending on the vehicle). These charges represent additional costs and profit to the dealer including items such as inspecting, cleaning, and preparing documents related to the sale. (EXPLAINED WORDING) WAIT…. WAIT…… STOP…… STOP…. Wasn’t This Already Paid For And Discussed under Document Processing Fees $995, Pre-Delivery Inspection $979, Additionally, the price shown for the car surely should have some profit in there already, right??

Underhanded small car dealership
Called dealership spoke with Tony. Pricing on his end wasn’t updated despite it being updated on company website and cars.com. Didn’t seem interested in my business and seemed reluctant to want to really speak with me about the car or answer questions.

Wasted my time.
Check that I never leave a bad review but when my time is wasted, I will make an exception. I called and asked specific questions about a car since they didn't have any pictures and the price was really low. I asked if the car was messed up at all. Anthony said that it needed a paint job but other than that is was in pretty good shape. I asked about the seats and if it ran well. He said that the driver seat had some wear but the others looked about 5 years old and it ran well and was owned by a 68 year old man that never drove it. I explained to him, I live about an hour away and I wanted to make sure the car wasn't messed up before I made the drive. He assured me it was just paint and since this was going to be a car for my 15 year old to practice, I don't mind about the paint. So I drive the hour there only to find out that the car's suspension is shot, it looked like a complete low rider and you could tell that it hasn't been driven in a while. There are cracks and pieces missing from the front and back bumper and the sales guy I spoke with said, "What you can't fix that" like I go to a car dealer to fix a car that I buy. People like this is what give car dealers a bad name. I would not recommend this place at all.

Better Business Bureau should close them down.
I tried to negotiate a price over the phone. Must go in person. I got there and test drove the car. Wanted to negotiate price. Gave them bank information & credit score. Ready to finalize the price and still had to wait 3 hours while others went ahead of me. I don't trust them, felt like a scam. Finally left and they still said I had to come back, even though I gave them everything they needed to docusign. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I read the Google reviews prior to calling them, and voiced my concern about their bait-and-switch pricing. They claimed that the only reason people complained is that their credit scores were bad and their finance percentage was high, leading to a higher overall price. I told them I was a cash buyer and wanted to be sure that there were no hidden fees prior to driving an hour down there to see a car. The car, a 2019 BMW X3, was listed as $23,700 on Auto Trader, as well as their website. Even with their fine print add-ons, the out the door price should have been $30K, MAX. This car had a clean Carfax report, but it was obvious the front hood had been repaired and repainted. Nonetheless, I moved forward asking for their out the door cash price. They came back and said they don't actually own the cars, they are bank owned and they made the $23,700 (their list price) offer to the bank, and the bank turned it down and countered back with $36.5K. SERIOUSLY?? For a car that had clearly been wrecked and repaired?? I told them this is exactly the reason for their bad reviews on Google and that they knew I was hesitant to drive down there due to that, yet they reassured me that the price was the price listed (LIES), knowing they would be pulling the same crap on me. I don't know how this place stays in business, how they can clearly falsely advertise, and I am shocked there are good reviews--they must be fake reviews they paid for! Stay FAR FAR AWAY from these crooks! Attached are photos proving it's been repaired and repainted.
