Worst experience
Went to get a 2019 commercial van, and the salesman tried to hide the fact that the van he was showing us was a 2018 model. He went so far as to decrease the font of the model year so we wouldn’t notice. After purchasing the van, it took almost 4 weeks for the tag and title, they still haven’t provided anything including the spare key. All we keep hearing is excuses as to why things are not getting done. Never doing any business of any kind with this dealership again and will recommend all friends and family to do the same.

I have leased 7 vehicle from Scott. He has always been seamless in his process. I think the last three vehicles I already knew what I wanted and the process was literally 30 minutes and I was out the door in new trucks.

Horrible experience even 3 weeks later.
Used car sales manager and the sales person were deceptive and did not disclose material information on my car purchase. Tried contacting the used car manager since purchase, and he will not take or return my calls. Stopped by and left a business card on his door, still no return call. Guess only option i have left is sending a letter to corporate with my complaints. This has been the worst buying experience ever! Also, it has been almost 3 weeks to the day, and my vehicle paper work continues to get “lost” in being delivered to my state of residency. Therefore I cannot register or properly insure the vehicle. As it sits, my state has informed me that Telegraph technically still owns the vehicle, so any damage or issues would be on them. I am not a novice at buying cars, as I have bought more than my fair share of vehicles over the years, and this is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I would not recommend Telegraph CJDR ever.

I worked with Rebecca Kiselis and I couldn't be happier! When I say she worked with me all day, i mean all day! My credit was never an issue, just trying to out of my current car which I was upside down on. She worked her xxx off and made sure I got the most money for my trade in. I worked with a lady by the name of Heather Spurling. Literally from the time I walked in until the time I left everything was GREAT! Although I had bad credit, they worked with me and I still left with the car I wanted and no co-signer! I’m just really happy right now, God works! This is by far the BEST car dealer place I’ve ever been to. Don’t take my word for it go check these guys out! Excellent service!
