My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle.

My wife and I were out shopping for a new vehicle. We had heard that Cadillac of Novi had some good prices on XT6s. Our lease on our 2022 Acadia was up and we wanted something of a similar size as the new Acadia was now on a larger platform. We walked in and were met by Matt Lee. Matt was extremely helpful with looking at our options for an XT6. We found a model and color that we liked and we took it for a test drive. We started talking numbers and liked what we heard. We had some time while Matt was running some numbers and so we looked at the other vehicles in the showroom. We saw a very cool Lyric and checked it out. We noticed the sticker was a bit higher than the XT6 so we thought it was out of our price range. Matt came over and walked us through some of the cool features in the Lyric and said he would give us some ballpark pricing because there were some good incentives. We were surprised by how the incentives lowered the price of the car. We had some very straightforward negotiations and Matt found us additional incentives and Matt and the finance manager, Tim Hemingway, came back with very aggressive prices. The figures were better than any I had seen online. Timm was a pleasure to deal with as we signed the lease agreement. Matt and Cadillac of Novi exceeded our expectations. They have taken great care of us and made a usually stressful experience into a pleasurable one. We highly recommend Cadillac of Novi.

You have to pick your sales consultant wisely.

You have to pick your sales consultant wisely. I’m a 3 time returning customer and will not be back. 1 out of the 3 sales consultant was good. The last two experiences were so bad and to make matters worse they won’t take accountability. It’s so discouraging to see old school sales tscktics. Just be honest.

Buyers and owners needing service beware!

Buyers and owners needing service beware! I purchased a $100,000 plus vehicle from them and Cadillac, here's my horrific experience with new management of Caddilac of Novi. (Now owned by Fox Motors: 1. Called the General Manager Rebecca Clark to introduce myself and see if she could service and take care of us, with our broken vehicle. She said "Absolutely, get us a vehicle, call back in 30 min or so." 2. Instead, had service Manager/Head of Parts Derek call me, from his cell, when he was going home un-announced, no meeting set up. I had another meeting scheduled end of day, so had to take the call coming in (which I let him know about) he took offense to that! I told him I would call him back after the meeting, which I did. No annoucement of his personal Voicemail, tried to leave a message, etc. I also asked him to call me back as well which he agreed to, but never did. (Start the red flags) 3. Never received a car or another call from Rebecca Clark or Derek, so I called back in, again, letting Rebecca (via voicemail only, their recording says the have no operators at the moment and to call back. Red Flag) know what has happened thus far (nothing but voicemail and a broken vehicle) Then 2 days later, I get a call from the loaner department. Rather than Thursday (yesterday) he said he would have us a vehicle, he could have an escalade out to us at 1pm EST, today (Friday). He asked for the address and set it up for delivery... I came home from my office to meet for the vehicle and create a list of what's going on with my vehicle which is covered under warranty. I asked the loaner department person to have the Derek/head of service to call me (again. Since he was not) so I could go over what's wrong with the vehicle in detail and get it written up properly. The loaner person set the appointment, said a midnight sky escalade would come tomorrow (Toady, Friday) at 1pm and had me text him the address. NO CALL, NO VEHICLE, NOTHING... I AM OFF WORK WAITING FOR A SAFE VEHICLE TO DRIVE, WHICH IS NOT COMING! 5. I called in again, asked for the service managers cell number and called him, (after going round and around with the receptionist trying to get me to someone else in loaners.) I finally spoke with Derek, (Whom I had to track down) but he was extrememly rude, kept cutting me off. He made the decision TO NOT DELIVER ANY LOANER TO US AT ALL, based on a conversation I had with their loaner guy yesterday who was supposed to deliver the vehicle at 1pm EST today. Which I took off work to do. Derek never let us even know that he made this decision on his own, never called to speak, let us know, nothing ever! I could go on and on, but, I would stay away from Caddilac and especially Novi Cadillac and Fox Motors. They bought a lemon of a dealership and I bought a lemon of a vehicle from them... Brand new car, same problems now 2 years old. Way to go management on how to treat a loyal buyer. I thought Caddilac and the dealerships would stand behind their loyal clients... My third and last. Car still broken, no calls from GM, nothing. I hardly ever write negative reviews, unless they are warranted, people should know about these things before spending their hard-earned money on something they were given the illusion, they would enjoy and be taken care of when problems arise. (Which is why I went Caddilac and top of the line at the time) Buyers, Sellers Those Needing Service: Beware.

Cadillac Novi it was a great choice to add Leo to your team. He is very patient, compassionate, great listener, professional and everything a car dealership need.
