Took my Genesis in for routine check up. Meya was my service agent and most helpful, keeping me updated as needed. Nice place. Will use it again.

Oil Change

Armando was helpful and professional. The service was performed in a timely manner. He explained the results of the car’s inspection. The service price was reasonable.

Find the right Hyundai dealership

Researched for three days, spoke with several dealers. Chose this dealer because Siarra gave me the best numbers. Rodney handled the purchase and did a good job. There was a $1,495 charge that was B.S. and I would have walked. However the final price was the best offer of all the dealers. Do your research, you will not be able to get the "out the door price" Hyundai dealers offer to beat any written offer by hundreds of dollars. You have to wait until the final deal is ready to sign to know what the "out the door" price is. My wife loves her Sante Fe Limited. Be patient until you get the offer you are satisfied with. I do recommend Hyundia of South Loop they are nice people.

New Vehicle and Awesome service.

Great customer service

Bought a brand new car and had a nice experience. Edward helped us all the way through. He is kind, patient, and very helpful. I would recommend seeing Edward to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. We are very happy with the car, we got a 2021 Venue and are loving it!

Had a great experience. Craig was my service advisor. Highly recommend. Was in and out. Quick service on my vehicle. Everything went well without issues.

Fast Quick Service Work

It was easy to schedule the appointment fir regular service. The free Drop-off to my house and pick up back to the the dealer were easy with Lyft. Few dealers still do this.

Very pleased.

Mark was my service advisor and he was great! He was courteous and answered my questions thoroughly. He explained everything and was very helpful. I’ll definitely ask for him next time. I also appreciated the manager who got my questions handled during the check-out process. I liked being able to schedule the service online. I felt that they did a good job of COVID safely measures inside the dealership as well.
