Ken greeted us and made us comfortable as he listened to the type of driving we do. Ken was attentive and informative, helping us in the decision process. After the purchase Ken followed us home and explained the basic driving settings and told us how to take advantage of all the information that is available at Wilde Lexus. He also arranged a meeting with David to help us understand the available technical advances Our overall experience with Ken was exceptional. The 2 qualities that were important: Ken listened and respected our time.

Wasn't planning on leasing another vehicle, but got what I considered a very fair up graded lease on new 2013 Lexus. Second time I have worked with Grant Gaugler and thought he was personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend both the dealership (Wilde Lexus of Sarasota) and Grant.

We made a number of internet and phone inquires before...

We made a number of internet and phone inquires before purchasing a used Lexis IS 250C from product specialist, Noah Hochberg of Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. The sale was done basically over the phone since we were in Maryland at the time. Noah was most helpful in giving all the information we asked for about the car we had in mind. Noah sent us photos of the car both interior and exterior and answered allmy questions about the cars service record as well as pulling up Carfax history and service history at the dealership. The next day he changed his schedule to accommodate a local friend who lives in the area. I requested he look at the car for us and give us his opinion. Noah went through the car with him from top to bottom, let him drive the car and answered his numerous questions which I had prompted him to do. My friend said Noah was totally professional and knowledgeabe in every aspect of the car. My friend said to buy it as soon as Noah was done with the demo. Noah called me back in Maryland immediately and we discussed cost and terms, reached an agreement we were happy with and I gave him a deposit by credit car on the spot. We arrived in Sarasota three days later and saw what was to be our beautiful new car. Noah showed us every feature and demonstrated the roof retraction system, sound systems. blue tooth and programed everything for us on the spot. Meanwhile the business manager was doing the paperwork to save us time. Noah presented us with the warranty information went over all the auto manuals and left his card and that of service manager. He also introduced us to the service manager so we would know the ropes when we returned for service, Excellant experience as we would expect from Lexus. Fran and Jeff Cohen

This is the second RX 350 that we have leased from Grant Gaugler and Wilde which speaks directly to out satisfaction with both the product and their professionalism. Grant routinely checks in with us to see how we are doing with our vehicle and has contacted us to make us aware of special offerings from Lexus. We look forward to continuing our long-term association with both Grant and Wilde.

The dealership is a beautiful facility located only 1 mile from our house; everyone we met was friendly and helpful; and our salesman (Keith Darity) was a pleasure to deal with. One small glitch at the last minute - the car we bought didn't have satellite radio so Keith took care of that for us and got it installed a few days later. The whole buying experience was excellent and we love the car.

Jack is a gentleman and a salesman. Not always easy to...

Jack is a gentleman and a salesman. Not always easy to find that combination,) This is my 6th Lexus and a great buying experience.He was very responsive to my interest and questions. I still think there is a way to turn off the seat belt chime. There was on my 2008 rx350.

We were in the area & decided to stop in the Lexus...

We were in the area & decided to stop in the Lexus dealer just to see what they had in a used Lexus. We had a 1996 Lexus ES 300 that we were expecting to replace in the next year or so. We met Jim Lally & told him we were interested in a newer model with lower milage. He told us he had a couple that we might be interested in. I test drove 2 vehicles; a 2004 Lexus ES 330 & a 2007 ES 350. I really liked the 2004 but we weren't planning on buying yet & we just wanted to get information. We talked about the prices. My husband checked on blue book value & we asked about the history of the vehicle. Jim brought us the Carfax report. We still had no intention of buying, but Jim ask what it would take for us to buy the vehicle that day. The car was just what we wanted & Jim was making things so simple we decided there was no reason to wait. We agreed on a price with our 1996 in trade, gave Jim a deposit & all necessary information. He told us the car would be ready to be picked up around 4:00pm the next day. Wilde Lexus took care of all paperwork & when we arrived the next day our "new" car was ready & waiting for us. This was a most pleasant car buying experience & we will definitely continue to do business with Wilde Lexus. In the week I've owned the car I've received a couple of emails thanking me for my business & assuring me that should I need service they are there to help. My husband & I are completely satisfied with the customer service we received at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Thank you for such a pleasant experience, Sue & Tom Link

Patrick was professional, courteous and forthright. He...

Patrick was professional, courteous and forthright. He was helpful and answered questions directly. I felt respected rather than manipulated - a refreshing change from experiences at other places. I was very happy with the entire process, from the first contact through the paperwork. I have already referred others to Patrick Chartrand and Wilde Lexus in Sarasota and will continue to do so.
