I’d worked probably 150 hours looking at cars, ratings and sellers. I found a used car I liked, but there were several issues with transaction, some that are possibly illegal! 1. I bought a used 2022 Honda Accord on 11/18/25. I was presented an offer sheet that included four circled items that the salesperson said were required by the state and so were non-negotiable. Three of them were NOT required by the state: a $1298 pre-delivery service fee, a $598 Electronic Filing fee (which only costs $75 at the state and electronic filing is NOT necessary), and a $198 Tag Agency fee. So that’s about $2500 lie (which, since I was financing I also had to pay Sales tax on!). The Sales tax was the fourth item, which is required. 2. They charged me $291 for registration, which would be a typical charge for a NEW registration, but mine was a transfer since I was trading in. The state charges about $80 for a transfer. So that was likely illegal! 3. My trade-in was a 2016 Honda Accord Sport which I bought new and took very good care of. At previous dealers I had it appraised at $14,200, $14,000 and $13,000 (2). Their offer $10k was very low., $2000 below the low range at KBB. I asked the salesperson to ask for a better deal and gave her my paperwork of previous offers. to show proof of my other offers and she said she’d ask. But she never got back to me, nor did anybody else, and in the paperwork shuffle and in my very tired state, I forgot to ask (I think I just assumed which is a bad idea). It wasn’t until I got home and went through all 23 forms that I saw they had only offered $10,519. I was very disappointed in the trade but also angry that nobody had the guts to tell me that in person. If they had, I would have rejected the deal. 4. While I can’t speculate on this dealer’s reason, I did not receive a second key fob. I asked and they said they couldn’t locate it. Beware of this! Dealers often hold back the second fob so you’ll come back and spend hundreds of dollars on a new one. (The old one is probably in a drawer at the dealership.) To me, knowing that a second fob is out there somewhere that someone can use to enter, start and steal my car is a huge security risk! I’m on the autism spectrum and feel I was taken advantage of and manipulated. I naively thought Lexus was different than other dealers. I have contacted the dealership through an internal review and the general manger by both text and certified mail and have not heard back from anyone. Unless you’re filthy rich and don’t care what you spend, I strongly advise you to avoid this dealership!

They had a pretty fair price for the vehicle. It was in excellent shape, almost perfect. I had them check the exterior and they found a dent and fixed it before I took delivery. I did not love that they added a PPP+ package for $995 that was not optional, but it was a great car for a solid price an they even delivered it to me in WPB and took my trade-in back. That’s excellent customer service. Would GLADLY recommend this dealership as they are one of 3 dealerships in my life (out of dozens) that has that level of concern for clients in my experience. Joshua Matthew is a terrific car sales agent and I recommend him personally. He’ll treat you the way you’d treat your best friend. Excellent experience.

Very professional dealership.
Very professional dealership. Ana Lima was wonderful to deal with and did a good job helping us to negotiate a fair deal. Ryan and Kim were also very helpful and easy to deal with. My only issues with this dealership are: 1. their dealer fees are the highest I've ever seen at about $2400 so your work is cut out for you to negotiate them down to a fair price, 2. The showroom is under major renovation so you are sitting it in open tables negotiating and sharing information. It would have been nice if they had some more private areas or dividers for customers to meet in.
