I want to let everyone know about a great experience I

I want to let everyone know about a great experience I had at Capital Chevrolet in Shallotte. The gentleman by the name of Jacob in the parts department was just outstanding. I had a situation with replacements keys for my 2016 Equinox and he personally took care of it. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. These days it is difficult to find great customer service, but Jacob exceeded all expectations.

I went to lot 530 on a Friday, walked around, no one

I went to lot 530 on a Friday, walked around, no one offered to help me. I went back next day talked to Mike and picked out a car off of carfax, made them him cash offer on Saturday but he didn't call me back. Texted them on Monday Shawn returned my call made an all cash offer of 21,000 again never called me back. They add $995 or $1495 for cleaning the car, spraying on fabric protector and putting hydrogen in the tires. I guess the only way they sell cars is if you need credit and pay the full sticker price that ask on used cars. Terrible experience

Great sales staff and very nice selection of inventory!! Made it very easy to purchase a vehicle and look forward to coming back for service!

Trust issues

Charged double for an oil change in November. Had the second charge removed. Got a report from my On-Star monitor that my oil life was 45% yesterday. No new sticker indicator as to next oil change and car computer showed 45% oil life. I was told today it was an oversight and now have a hand written “new sticker “. Going to change the oil again because I don’t trust their service department.
