Excellent customer experience and great staff. They know their stuff! Professional and kind. The sales staff went out of their way to solve issues and create a solution that was acceptable for the buyer with a positive happy resolution.

Mandie is amazing!

Mandie is amazing! She cares for her customers I will be back with all my friends and family. Love the lifetime warranty. Wish I would have found them sooner.

my wife dropped her vehicle here to get warranty work

my wife dropped her vehicle here to get warranty work done. the deductible was 100.00 I picked it up and they said the bill was 383.00 I laughed and said no, its warranty work and its 100 dollars. thats what you quoted us. The 'manager' slowly walked around for 20 minutes trying to figure out where the confusion was. Theres no confusion I told him. I nicely explained to him I wanted my keys and in exchange ill give them 100 dollars or im going to call the police. He blamed it on the tech for writing the work order up wrong. I smiled, payed the nice lady behind the desk 100, got my keys and never returned. be careful of the place.

Radio hasn't worked since the oil change and everything

Radio hasn't worked since the oil change and everything time I bring it on my dash setting is changed. Also took over an hour for an oil change. EVERY TIME I BRING IT IN SOMETHING ELSE DOESN'T WORK WHEN I LEAVE.

Brought my truck in for a warranty repair (airbag) and

Brought my truck in for a warranty repair (airbag) and ended up having to go back two more times since they didn?t put the seatbelt column back together. You?d think they would?ve fixed their mistake the first time I brought it back but nope, still not resolved until three trips to the dealership. Nice people but their attention to detail is frustratingly low. The grease on the headliner must be an added bonus of taking your vehicle to them?

I went in to get an oil change.

I went in to get an oil change. Was told it?s 109.00 when I made appointment. They tried to charge me 181.00 and blamed the lady I talked to on the phone. I had a 10 coupon and after complaining they knocked it down to 131.00. I was going to buy a truck from them that I found while waiting but the kicker is they changed me for 7 quarts of oil an my car hold 6.5. So thought I better check and make sure it wasn?t over full. It wasn?t it was a quart low. But the manager did call and say he was sorry. He didn?t even offer to make the changes right. But they would check my oil for me. Very disappointed in the whole experience!!
