Last month I went to Fucillos in Adams NY which is about 100 miles from my home. I had been looking at used vehicles near my home but wasn't happy with the trade amount other Dealers were offering on my current vehicle. Salesperson C.J. Girard was courteous, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my vehicle needs. He was not "pushy" and I certainly felt his efforts were in my best interest. I went with the intent to purchase a used vehicle, but with their many financing options ended up buying a new 2020 Ford Ecosport! I bought a vehicle from Fucillos in the past and will plan to return in the future. The entire staff made it a pleasant car buying experience. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Fucillos!

We purchased a used edge this winter at Adams and a few weeks ago it broke down roadside ,my wife called the 800 number and a wrecker came and took it to another ford dealer for warranty repair . It took a week for them to look at it and then said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get it in. We didn’t buy the car there so no loaner. Frustrated, my wife called the sales department at fuccillo ,which took our car ( towed from other dealer) had an answe for us in a couple days and even with a back ordered part we had it back before the other dealer could even schedule it. After return home my wife discovered -darts in the rear of car that other dealer took off and of course with a call she was told bring it in at your convenience and they took care of it ! My wife had to wait a little while while this was being performed and had at least two people check on her and apologized for the time it was taking. Needless to say , even though we have purchased other vehicles from their network, we will always come here first for our next vehicle.

Everyone in the service department is professional & friendly. Tony explains what was done or not done & why. Very satisfied with the service I receive there.

I can’t say enough heart felt thank you’s To the service I got today at Fuccillo Ford in Adams!! A month ago I noticed my inspection was up and I could use an oil change, and went somewhere in Watertown for a quick inspection. Well that ended up costing quite a bit after they said it wouldn’t pass without brakes and rotars. Afterwards my car didn’t seem right and a friend noticed a leak from the front right side of my car. I called Tony at Fuccillo Ford as I have always trusted him and I knew he’d be honest with me. He told me to bring it in and they’d take a look. When they popped the hood the gas cap was sitting beside it and oil was everywhere. It was a mess. The service team cleaned it up. The leak was an easy fix but the possibility of a disaster were huge. In the future I’ll always go there for everything because I trust them with my family!
