It had been a really rough 2 weeks as my mother passed
It had been a really rough 2 weeks as my mother passed away and the funeral was on Monday. On Tuesday we took my father and headed to our camp in New York to get his mind off our loss. My jeep started losing power and the engine light was flashing. I quickly started searching on my phone for a jeep dealership. Wally's was the closest. I limped it about 13 miles to Wally's. I was 2.5 hours from my camp and had never been in that area before. My wife explained our situation to Nivek. I could not believe what happened next. Nivek came right out and took the vehicle in. Within minutes he knew what was wrong and he said they could fix it and it would take about 2 hours. I have never had service like this. We were back on the road in 2 hours and I couldn't have been more thankful. Everyone there was amazing to us.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP
I brought my car into the service department as my car would start sometimes and other times it would not start. When jumping it and hitting the starter it would start. I received a text from Lance telling me he would call in a day or two. They never called. They had my car for over a week and called with a $1600 quote as they "believed" they knew what the problem was. I declined spending $1600 for something they "believed" was the problem. I went to get my car and was charged $183.60 but was not provided the diagnosis information and the bill stated they quoted me $615 plus taxes. When I called to speak with the manager they stated he was on vacation. I then spoke to a different tech who stated the report is for their eyes only but if I brought the car back they would run another one. He eventually stated he would email it to me..... As of yet I have not received the report. Worst scam ever! Do not use this dealership. They do not communicate and then try to get as much money as possible.

I had the worst experience with their service department
I had the worst experience with their service department and had to hunt down and order my own warranty part while they kept my vehicle and I had to pay out of pocket for a rental. GM is the most unhelpful, would never use this dealership. Worst customer service ever.

Though it was quite a process waiting for my new Jeep
Though it was quite a process waiting for my new Jeep Compass to come in, Tanesha and the team were there for me every step of the way. Tanesha went out of her way week after week to keep me informed and make sure I was more than satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend Tanesha and Wally's in Amsterdam. I am currently leasing a new Jeep Compass. I love it and will be going back to Wally's in the future. All in all Tanesha is wonderful and I will be recommending her to my family and friends as they are in need of vehicles in the near future.
