Great Experience
Sales, service, and financing were handled as easily as possible. Niki, Kenny, and Michael are all amazing! They took great care of me throughout the entire process!!! I did ask for a steak…I was offered something less than, but Kenny tried!!!

They will waste your time, just don’t.
Went there ready to buy a car I was the only person in there and waited around for like 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I walked in and it was like a ghost town, once I did get help though and after I bought my car I’m proceeding to the final walkthrough and the salesman kept pushing to give him 10s and the highest and best reviews which whatever but then he bribes me with a fulll tank of gas if I left him all 10s. And a 5 star review. The experience with my salesman wasn’t bad so I was like yeah I’ll do that. Then the sales manager that no longer works there also tries to bribe me in exchange for good reviews. But then I’ve been up to the dealer 2 different times now to get the promised tank of gas with no luck, and the service department is trash honestly I’m not looking forward to anything they have to offer so they where absolutely no help They said that the person that promised me the gas doesn’t even work here no more and I would have to talk to the sales dept but they don’t get there until 9. And I wasn’t about to wait for 2 hours. Also they gave me the run around and took almost 2 weeks to get my window tint completed I went up there 2 different times after making an appointment they sent me home saying they couldn’t do it that day. Honestly it’s been a nightmare so far and I haven’t even had my first car payment yet. I’m not planning on buying a car here ever again. If you want the 5 star review how about you just work for it.

No sales follow up Poor service
I purchased a 2023 Frontier pro-x on Aug 18. The sales process was uneventful. I asked Jeremy Geiger - my sales consultant if he would remove the bed cover of the Frontier I traded and install it on the new one. He assured me it would happen. As it was late on a Friday night we made arrangements to put it on the following week. He said he would contact me Sat to set an appt. Sat came and went I didn’t hear from Jeremy. Finally on Tuesday took my title (which no one asked if I had one) I was told Jeremy had quit! I asked why and was given 3 different reasons. I delivered my title and asked about the bed cover change out. I was told to come back at 10AM on Thursday and it would be taken care of. I also noticed that the tires vibrate at 75MPH and the ceramic coating that I paid over $400 for was not applied to front bumper. When I told the nice lady in service why I was there she said I need to talk to service Mgr about the bed cover. In the meantime I scheduled another appt to balance tires and apply ceramic wax. Service Mgr told me it would take about an hour to install bed cover to make sure it was tight and didn’t leak. After I got home I opened the tailgate and one of the cover fasteners fell off I my hand. I looked at the way the cover had been placed and it was clear that the service tech had thrown it on and thumb tightened the fasteners and left the drain tubes laying in the truck bed. I called an complained and service Mgr said he would talk to tech. I also mentioned that drain tubes had not been installed. He said “what are drain tubes?” REALLY? No offer Was made to correct the problems. I have since went to the local vendor who sold me the original bed cover and he installed correctly. I have had my tires rebalanced by a local tire company. Because Jeremy Geiger quit no one has reached out to to ask if I need training How to use all the features nor has anyone followed up to ask if I had any questions about my new truck. If the service dept doesn’t care about their work and the sales Manager makes no effort to finish the sale, why would I want to waste any more of my time doing business with Campbell Nissan I would not recommend anyone buy or service a vehicle at Campbell Nissan

Dishonest
Salesman George didn’t tell us about a bad wheel bearing, dings in the windshield and scratches on the hood when we were driving 5 hours to buy a Yukon Denali. He and the manager acted like they didn’t know about the wheel issue when you could hear the loud noise when driving the car 30MPH. Dishonest, sneaky is how I would describe this dealership. We had talked to George about how we wanted to know about ANY defects with the car due to we had a bad experience at another dealer, so this was unacceptable. They clearly were hoping we just didn’t notice abnormal noise from the wheel. Yes, it could have been fixed, but when they acted like they didn’t know and didn’t disclose the other issues it makes you wonder what else was wrong. They knew we were hundreds of miles from home and didn’t care about selling us a car with wheel issues.

AWESOME, Service Department at Campbell Nissan!
Faith Condrey, is AWESOME! She is super kind & makes getting your car serviced very pleasant. The Service Department is AWESOME, very nice space to be seated you can watch TV or just be seated looking at the view. There are multiple choices of seating plus, water, coffee, & choices of multiple snacks. The Service didn't take long & they returned the car to us washed & clean. We actually look forward to our next service. Thank you SOOO much Faith Condrey, & ALL involved in servicing our car.
