Exceptional Service

Larry was amazing throughout the entire experience. He asked what I needed and wanted and made it happen. My husband and I were in and out in less time than we expected. Larry was exceptional with handling the sale and delivery of my Ford Explorer. In the future, I would love having him assist my friends and family if they should ever want to buy a Ford.

My First Mustang

Larry was the best sales person I've ever worked with in years (since I can remember). First off, Larry was kind/nice unlike many other people I've dealt with. He became somewhat of a friend to us within the short time we were there (my wife and I). He was very informative, thorough and accommodating as well. The other two guys that helped us - the manager (that explained the price and payments) was awesome (and funny), very accommodating and thorough too. The finance gentleman (Dave) was just simply amazing and very nice too. Just a wonderful experience. There can't be a better dealership anywhere in the world. Thank you very much.

Phenomenal

Bill was an excellent and outstanding salesman. He did such an incredible job providing what I needed and wanted. Made me feel comfortable and self-assured. Five stars doesn't cover his fantastic work and positive attitude in the slightest.

Excellent Experience With My Purchase

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. Paulie Ferraro was my salesman and all I can say was that my experience was amazing. Paulie was welcoming, friendly, and professional with no high pressure sales. I felt like I knew him forever. He made the transaction move along smoothly without being passed off to 10 different people. He is truly an asset to the Flammer team. Wonderful salesman

My husband and myself just purchased a 2018 Explorer from Flammer Ford in Spring Hill, it’s so beautiful, I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone when looking for a new vehicle, the staff was wonderful especially our salesman Paul Ferraro , he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for, he was with us through the entire process. Paul was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and concerns, a very nice down to earth guy, not pushy, listened to everything we had to say , he found me my perfect vehicle. Thank you so much to Paul and the rest of the Flammer Ford staff for making our vehicle purchase stress free and pleasurable.

Family Atmosphere

We had a great experience buying a used car at Flammer Ford in Spring Hill, the entire staff was very friendly and professional. Our sales Associate Mark Dumovich went out of his way to make us feel like we were family and he was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and their options and he did all of this without any high pressure tactics. Truck Upgrade

Stopped on a Saturday to discuss my needs with Nate Whitfield. By Monday afternoon he found a new truck that met my needs and presented an acceptable package. This is the second truck I have purchased from Nate and find him down to earth and not pushy like a lot of other salesmen from my past. Dave had the papers ready for signing when I arrived and Jeff was right there to explain and demonstrate the options included in the truck. Overall a very pleasant buying experience.
