Saw a White 370Z for sale.

Saw a White 370Z for sale. Was looking for a white one and had previously owned a red so was familiar with car. Reach ed through CARs and received an immediate response from Mario Lopez. Very nice and professional. Asked him some questions about the car and my need to have it shipped to Mid Missouri. He sent me loan paperwork to fill out which I did and they let me know I was qualified to buy. Asked me if I was financing or paying cash. Told them I wasnt sure but probably financing with 0, 500 or 1000 down, which worked for them. Asked me to make an offer which I did, 19700 with delivery. Just for a starting point in the negotiations. Mario told me that his manager would call and he never did. Claimed he tried once but I had no missed calls. Emailed Mario again and asked time manager could call. EM Mario, statingI have never been treated like this trying to buy a car? Still no call from manager. If they don’t want to deal with me, just tell me so that I can buy something else. Still didnt receive a call and Mario told me they wanted to stick with the listed price. As I told him then he should have just said that. I might have still bought. What an excercise in futility.

They do not know what customer service is, most

They do not know what customer service is, most definitely, Jeremy the manager does not. Made us wait over 2 hrs on him and he never showed. My husband called the next day to make an appointment but at this point everything should have been handled while we were there- or at least the courtesy to follow up yourself with the customer, we had to call him the next day... I will never be back here. They don’t take your word yet you have to take theirs with no proof. They lost a 10 YEAR customer. I would definitely take your vehicle elsewhere, I’m sure you’ll get better work and service maintenance anywhere else simply because you do not matter to them even if the car is under their warranty.

Great sales & service experience at Shorkey Nissan. We have owned multiple Nissans from many dealers, but have had the best experience at Shorkey with Rain (forgive my spelling error) and Joy. Will definitely be back

My 2016 Altima had the CVT transmission fail under the extended Nissan transmission warranty. 36 days after having it towed for repair I finally got it back! So many lies and unreturned calls! Stay away, stay away!
