I don't usually write reviews, but I just feel this place is worth it. I've had such a great experience with both sales and service, and I don't think I have particularly low standards. I also want to shout out Sami (spelling?) in the service department, who is such a gem! She helped me sort out some issues I've been having for 2+ years with other service departments at dealers (I have a Sonata with the white paint peeling issue and have had such a hard time finding a dealer to help me with the corporate claim even though apparently this takes only a few minutes!). Anyway, I just think all the people here are great, do what they say they will when they say they will, and treat you like a human being and not an adversary. We'll certainly be headed back the next time we need a new car and/or service!

This dealership took me for a $9000 dollar up charge ride! Why would they do that you ask? Not sure? Maybe it’s because of my color. No joke these people took me for $9000 dollars above asking price. Don’t shop here. They are scam artists

I went to McGovern Hyundai Dealership on the recommendation of a Hyundai owner friend to look at the new Sonatas. I was greeted by Johnny Gonzales, the salesman. He was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy as some salesman are. He assisted me in purchasing my new Sonata, and took extra time in showing me all the new features of that car. He was patient and compassionate as to my needs. The best salesman that I ever dealt with. Anyone looking to buy a Hyundai, go to McGovern and ask for Johnny G., he is the best.............

i am the Town Clerk here in Loudon, New Hampshire and Jonathan A. Gonzalez has been a wonderful salesman to our residents! He comes in to meet them for registration and is always so kind, knowledgeable and polite. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I have had the privilege of seeing that first hand. our computers were down for a few hours and he stayed and waited with our resident, patiently until they were back up. very positive person. We dealt with Morgan and he was able to answer all our questions and he was super nice & helpful. He made our visit to showroom a pleasant experience and at no point we felt pressured into buying a car. I really want to appreciate Morgan's inputs as well on how nice he treats the customers.

Bought a new car from this dealer. Passed paperwork waited over a week for them to add the "Paint Protection, Fix a small scuff, and update software. Lets say none of that was completed, even though it was in my WE OWE YOU paperwork. Spoke with the sales manger that Friday before Monday delivery. He confirmed with me that it was 100% ready.. Sales man shows up. Scuff is still there no attempt was made to fix it.. Called the sales manger and lies to me saying he was their with the paint guy trying to fix it. and they cant fix it and it needs to go to an autobody shop. Lies. I brought the car by a detailer and in less than 3 mins fixed. The detailer confirmed with me that their is ZERO paint protection add to the car. stay away
