Cire was great and the staff overall was very helpful and

Cire was great and the staff overall was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We did have to wait about 30-40 minutes between agreeing on the price and seeing finance to sign the loan documents and finish up and I wish that we were told that was going to be the case earlier so we could plan our childcare accordingly, but in the end it was alright. I was more than a little frustrated and taken aback when I met with Chase (I think?) in Finance since I was under the impression that the price/monthly payment that we agreed to in the front room covered the extended warranties we specifically said we wanted, which wasn't the case. The payment I was shown in the back was over $200/month MORE than the already high payment I agreed to up front, which handcuffed me to either walk away, not protect my expensive vehicle or to cut a check for a large sum of money.

Hands down, best experience buying a car I’ve ever been

Hands down, best experience buying a car I’ve ever been through. Never once did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. My sales rep, Brandon listened to what my needs and wishes were and he took his time to find me exactly what I was looking for. The Sales manager Tyler came over and ensured that they have my best interest and even went to bat with the finance department to help me get an even better rate. Highly recommend.

Val was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Val was an absolute pleasure to work with. The car buying process was mooth and seamless. She is knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely reach out for my next car buying experience. I'm 3 weeks into driving a preowned, hydrid Sportage EX and am very pleased. Chase was also very helpful with the financing process.

Since purchasing my vehicle, I’ve experienced nothing but

Since purchasing my vehicle, I’ve experienced nothing but issues. It’s impossible to get a service appointment. The last time I had my car in for warranty work (it’s less than 3 years old btw) they kept it for 5 days. I was told no loaners were available. I had to complain to sales, who then provided me with a temporary registration for a car on their lot. The whole reason we purchased through Raceway was due to the promise of customer satisfaction and loaner vehicles when work was needed. After picking it up this past time, I was blatantly asked to give them 5 stars on everything when I received an emailed survey from Kia. Now, only a month later, my car is currently not drivable and needs to be serviced yet again. I called to speak with Tyler (the sales manager who assisted me last month and said to contact him directly). He was unavailable and the customer service representative refused to put me on the phone with her manager and instead left me sitting on hold for 15 minutes. Long story short - PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE!!!

Hassan was an exceptional sales person from start to

Hassan was an exceptional sales person from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable in the features and benefits of the car me and my boyfriend were interested in - we also wanted his and hers matching vehicles and he was able to make it happen for us. His style in sales was very appreciated, he was not aggressive like most tend to be and let us essentially take the wheel with how we wanted things to go. He was very thorough -he went bumper to bumper in detail with all the bells and whistles the car was equipped with and how to use it. Unfortunately the color for the exact model I wanted was not in stock and they had it the very next day. Prompt dealership. Easy to talk to and very down to earth. Chase in finance was a pleasure to work with. Everyone there is very personable. Highly recommend. First time buyers with Kia and we were both left very impressed.

Stephen in sales was a great to work with.

Stephen in sales was a great to work with. Communicative and helpful without any pushy sales tactics. Solid sales job without trying to play games. This was completely at odds with my experience in the financing area which Stephen had nothing to do with. The person in finance tried a ridiculous hard sell tactic selling the additional warranties, basically trashing the company he works for, to the point I quite nearly backed out of the sale completely. I have never had that experience with warranty sales with any other car I’ve bought.
