I called late on Thursday and explained I needed service

I called late on Thursday and explained I needed service and my vehicle ready Friday by 2 pm. Brought it in at 8am and left it. Ready by noon. Craig made feel like my needs were important.

Last service was excellent.

Last service was excellent. Had the brakes checked on my 25 GV 70. Was given a loaner and the overall experience was great.

Chandler and Isiah were great to deal with, explained

Chandler and Isiah were great to deal with, explained everything clearly. Offered all available services and warranties for our 2025 Elantra Hybrid Blue, they restored my faith in buying from dealerships no surprises. Whole process was completed in a matter of a couple hours.

2023 Sonata purchased new from this dealership.

2023 Sonata purchased new from this dealership. The engine quit running leaving my wife stranded, April 15. As of May 15, the dealership is still waiting on parts from Korea. This car only has 19,000 miles on the odometer. We are being told the parts are on back order and that there is no way to know when they will be available. The dealership is making no extra effort to help us and is not offering a loaner. Stay away from Hyundai products and Hyundai of Noblesville. This dealership does not care about their customer . They offer a 5 year warranty then are unable to fix the car when it breaks down.
