I enjoyed doing service at West Herr in Henrietta. The people are friendly. I only wish is that I was offered a loaner car or shuttle service so I would not have to wait 6.5 hours for my car. I am satisfied with the service.

As soon as I got in I was helped with getting set up and my car was worked on even though I was early. Everyone was nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed as I waited. Something you don't get to much in customer service. Thank You.

Micheal S. Is professional, knowledgeable and communicates in a timely manner. My Chevy Ss was recently in for general service. I was told the calipers on the Brembro brakes were seized up and needed replacing however part is no longer manufactured. My car remained in the shop for10 days while a search for part was ongoing and Mike was away. Monday I received a call that calipers were functioning and performing. I am not sure I was convinced that this story was true as initial diagnostic seemed drastic. There was no charge. I trust Micheal when he conveyed faith in proper function of my brakes. I will trust him in future service for my vehicle as he conveys interest in overseeing proper care of my car.

While I have used West Herr for service for a number of years with great satisfaction, I had an unfortunate experience with their sales department. The sales manager gave a low-ball offer for my trade-in (WAY below Kelly Blue Book) after receiving a solicitation email offering 110% of the Kelly Blue Book value for my trade. I wound up trading the car for a new EV at a local competitor who offered me thousands more for the trade on the same vehicle purchase I attempted at West Herr.
