Overall this is a good place to have a car serviced, but I don’t like that it takes too long to set up an appointment for service. It used to be when I would call for an appointment I could bring the car in the next day. Now it’s at least 10 days out. I understand that this service department is short of techs. This should be a TOP priority to fill these spots ASAP. I hope this survey will expedite the recruiting of skilled techs. On a positive note, I appreciate that with this past visit, the tech discovered that my brake lines were very thin and needed replacing ASAP. We take this car on road trips and I wouldn’t want to have something go wrong on the road.

Hi, both Sean and Diane were great! Sean scheduled my appointment and Diane checked me in. They were very pleasant! I felt very welcomed. I live about 30 minutes away. There are two Toyota dealerships closer to me but Sean and Diane have made it worth my drive. I will return. Great first time experience! Thank you!!!

Diane took me immediately upon my arrival. Service to my car was completed on a timely basis. I had asked for them to determine where some parts that had fallen out to the floor went. They only replaced one of the two parts. I have a feeling they did not see the second one despite the fact that the work up indicated two parts. But, service was completed in an hour, which was wonderful.

It's always friendly and efficient at Sunnyside. I really appreciate the shuttle which allows me to accomplish things at home while my car is having service.

I've been a loyal customer since buying my truck new in 2012. I have brought the truck in for all regular maintenance since new. I have been satisfied with the work and wanted to continue to come to SS even though since I've retired from my job in Cleveland it is now a far drive. My recent service was to include brakes and tie rod ends. After receiving the estimate (1800.00 + tax) I'm afraid we are at the end of our relationship. I am having the work done at half the cost somewhere else- closer to home- by a certified professional -in Medina. Thanks. -Jim
