12.5 Years of service @ Robertson

Since purchasing my 2005 Honda Accord EX-L V6 in November of 2004 @ Robertson, I have exclusively serviced the vehicle @ Robertson. For 12.5 years, Rick Eicholtz has been my service advisor. Assuming 5 services per year, Rick has supervised my services appx 60+ times. Robertson is extremely lucky to have such a knowledgeable, dedicated, professional advisor as Rick. The excellent service I have received for the past 12.5 years will very likely result in my next Honda purchase occurring @ Robertson. My entire experience from purchase, to my latest service has been outstanding.

Maintenance

When I called for the appointment the person was very friendly and when I got to the dealer everyone in the service center were very educated and very friendly

Excellent service

Explanation of service to be performed and timely completion were excellent. Yohanna is a credit to Robertson Honda. I will definitely return to get all future service performed here.

Great Help

Great help. I came in with a failing battery and Don was able to explain the process for me to have it replaced as dictated by my warranty. He was extremely helpful and I will definitely return here for my next service.

40K mile service on 2015 CR-V

Rear disc brake pads replaced in under an hour while I waited. Will return for from brake pad replacement and rotor turning soon. Also 4 wheel alignment.

Everyone was courteous, helpful and efficient

Yoanna was a delight! The rest of the staff was cordial. Had two recalls done and general inspection and service. Also had brake pads done and brake fluid exchanged. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

Robertson Honda gets my TOP RATING

Our family has used Robertson Honda for over 25 years. We have our favorite service advisors with whom we have entrusted our cars, but really, all of them are very good. We haven't had major problems with their service department and our cars have continued to run well. I appreciate having the courtesy van to take me to work after I drop of the car for service. I recommend Robertson Honda if your car has any service needs.

Service advisor JC Monroy is very helpful & knowledgeable. He keeps my car in good shape & does not keep me waiting unnecessarily. Robertson Honda has very good capable staffs taking care of its customers. Thank you.

Great service

Had my front brakes replaced. Saved some money with a coupon in the flyer Robertson Honda had sent out. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but all staff were very friendly and helpful. Waiting area is great.
