Tony and Tedy were amazing to work with when recently

Tony and Tedy were amazing to work with when recently purchasing our new truck! They went the extra mile to make sure that we felt valued with our trade in truck. They literally spent 2 days while we figured out what was most important to us in purchasing and made the deal work with how we wanted it to be. Thank you so much for your kindness and going the extra mile!

the service writer Audrey was very terrible, I talked to

the service writer Audrey was very terrible, I talked to her about a random shaking issue and that i had a oil change that i needed done. she confirmed that i did have one free oil change and that they will look into the shaking issue. after about two hours i get my truck back and she said that she will let me know if this was covered under warranty or not. i setup an appointment for the following weekend to have the repairs done. a few days go by and i still haven't heard from Audrey about the warranty, when i called her she said I have not yet called them yet, and just sounded like she didn't want to call them and be on hold for that long, later that week I had something come up where we could not make our next appointment to get it fixed so i called in wanting to reschedule the appointment, the other girl i talked to said I had no appointment scheduled for me. a few days go by, and Audrey calls my wife to tell her our bill is $500. this is the first time anyone had said anything about how much our first appointment would be. even though i asked Audrey to confirm that the oil change was free and does she know about how much this would cost today, all i got was yes it's free and i will let you know. I don't make a lot of money and just to spring on someone after the fact that your visit will be $500 is not okay. she should have been upfront on or about how much this would cost us. I would recommend driving the extra hour- hour and half to Boise to buy or get my vehicle's serviced going forward.

Brian and Braxton are good to work and Braxton got the

Brian and Braxton are good to work and Braxton got the truck ordered, when other dealerships wouldn't even try. There was an issue w pricing and they honored what they said and resolved the issue fairly and quickly. To me that is a very good indication of honor and integrity, a quality that I look for when doing business. I would buy here again.

Took my car in for a service and they were friendly and

Took my car in for a service and they were friendly and prompt. Got it done in a timely manner and explained things to me that had to be fixed. Great service.

I’ve always enjoyed the friendliness at this dealership.

I’ve always enjoyed the friendliness at this dealership. I wouldn’t rather go anywhere in Twin Falls. After they helped my mother get her vehicle, a few months later, I decided to buy my new car from them. Trust me, I was NERVOUS to make my first “big girl purchase”; but Brian from Sales, Erick and Teddy from Finance, as well as Weston, they all took great care of me and answered all my questions! They have stuck with me through the waiting of my car, and when it arrived at the dealership, they called me and said it was here! Thank you guys SO much for helping me through the process. I’ll definitely recommend ANYONE to go sit down with these amazing gentlemen for your next car. They’ll take great care of you! -Jordon Edwards

Twin Falls Chevrolet 1731 Parkview Dr, Twin Falls,

Twin Falls Chevrolet 1731 Parkview Dr, Twin Falls, ID 83301 I have been wanting to buy a pickup for a while now. Pricing and availability have made that difficult. We went to Twin Falls Chevy and have been working with Thomas C. & he has worked hard to find the right PU with desired amenities and specifically the right color. Second was available reasonable financing and rebates. Right now there are good rebates and GM is offering good intetest rates and # of years available with good credit. I am so pleased to say Thomas was my sales agent & has worked hard to find the best truck to fit my needs & my desired color. I just purchased the most awesome pickup from the very best sales agent (Thomas) & Dealership! Thomas worked so hard to find the features I needed/wanted and to made sure it was "the right one". The Sales Mgmt and Financing were also great to make the best deal they could but Most Importantly it was refreshing to work with a dealership that everyone is up front, honest, ethical, and do their best to offer the best service possible. If you are in the market for for a new or updated vehicle check out this dealership, and be sure to ask for Thomas, you will love working with him. ❤️ Get Outlook for Android

The sales people were good, HOWEVER the service

The sales people were good, HOWEVER the service department is awful. There was a wire that was hanging down from my yukon and I had them look at it when it was in for service. They said it was broke and needed to be replaced at 600 dollars. I looked at it and found it was a wire for a censor that had come unplugged. I plugged it back in and it worked fine. Either they were incompetent and didn't know or were trying to get us to pay for somthing that was not needed. I also paid to have a protective coat put on the vehicle. It is now chipping on the front. I had them look at this. They said it was from a hairline crack in the grill and the fix was to replace the grill for 2000 dollars. They didn't say anything about all the other chips in the front and would not stand behind the protective coat they sold me.

Very great place 100% recommended, everyone should most

Very great place 100% recommended, everyone should most definitely go and give this dealership a try!!:) Brian, Tedy, Brandon, and Aldolfo have alot of knowledge and they all are most definitely gentlemen's for sure!! Once you give this dealership a try you will be leaving more happy then when you came in trust me!!😁 Definitely worth a 5 star rating!!:))
