Buyer beware!
found a car that we had been looking for, exactly what I wanted. Salesperson said it was in service, we tried to give a deposit to hold it they wouldn’t take it, they told us we would be the first one to buy it, we TOLD them we would take it! Been calling everyday this week, was told it was still in service they would call us when it was out….finally get transferred around because the salesman didn’t reply to find out the car was sold out from underneath us. Knew when the internet saleswoman got on the phone and when trying to clarify terms of the sale she said, “I do have 10 people interested in this car…..” that she pretty much said In not so many words, you’ll take it as it’s given or I’ll sell it to someone else….. Don’t trust this car lot!! Waste of our time!

WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE COUNTRY!
I took my Jeep in for service. I requsted an oil change and rear windshield wiper replacement. They kept my car for a week and parked it on the lot. No work was done on my car, no explanation was given and no one ever returned my calls. Don't let them waste your time like they did mine.

STAY AWAY they don’t care about your time AT ALL
DONT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE Service department is AWFUL!! what is the point of me making an appointment if you avoid working on my car for 6 DAYS.I had originally waited 3 days (appointment on the 25th it’s now the 29th) the reason I was given for having to wait longer is because my service advisor is off for the weekend any rational and sensible business would have transferred my case to someone else to get it done in a timely manner. I was also told in the first three days after I called originally that I’m LUCKY to only have waited 3 days and that most people have to wait 5 DAYS this place is beyond a joke. Im currently on my 4th day of waiting for them to even START service on my car which will now not be touched until Monday another 2 days from now. Any other dodge dealer would have had this done in less than 3 day’s guaranteed. Once I get my car back I will NEVER be returning to this joke of a dealer. I pray that you all see this review and seriously reconsider this place. Save yourself time and money and just go to a more upscale Dodge dealership, they will value your time and treat you how a paying customer should be treated

service appt meaningless
had a recall service appt for 830am arrived on time and guy asks me if i'm leaving the car because it could take all day before they get to it and that they may not even get to it today?! i said i wasn't told that and asked what's the pt in making an appt then?! i just left and will take car to another dealership

Stay away from these scammers who waste your time. I drove 2 hours from Wisconsin to buy a car listed online for $95,000. When I arrived the salesman added $12,000 to the price, asking $107,000. DON’T BUY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!
