Great comfortable atmosphere

Great car buying experience!
With the purchase of my new Highlander, Ken Riggs was excellent. He stayed several hours after he was scheduled to work and waited for me to get off work to come. They were not afraid to stay later than the business hours to help make sure I understood everything. I really had a pleasant, honest car buying experience. I would defiantly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a salesman who is thorough, honest, reliable, and willing to help.

Go else where for service.
I do not recommend this dealer for any service work including oil changes. 3 service appointments 3 problems. Lost a center cap, dings, under filled on oil. This is on a brand new truck.

Helpful, honest, and realistic.
We came in just to check out a used Prius. They, Todd and Phil, took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle, and ultimately recommended a lease. I had heard a lot of bad things about leasing, so I was hesitant, but Todd was patient and really broke down the positives and negatives between purchasing and leasing. I am very happy with my experience. They really care about making sure you know the people working at the dealership.

Over a Decade of Exceptional Service
My wife and I have been buying our cars for over 12 years from Ehrlich, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else, though there are lots of choices out there. I am a professional businessperson, and also very familiar with the automotive industry, so needless to say I am an informed consumer when it comes to pricing, trade-in values, financing terms, and what items you should add, and not add, to a vehicle contract. Ehrlich scores a 10 in all these areas, but you also have to be informed to understand how to get the best terms for you and your needs. My last purchase was to trade in a Nissan, that I had purchased 10 years ago from Ehrlich. They gave me an extremely great price for my 10 year old car, and because I purchased a Scion, that price they cannot negotiate, but they also customized my vehicle contract to include exactly what I wanted and didn't want. If you are really fortunate, you will get Ken Harvey as your salesperson. Ken is outstanding at his job, and I consider him a friend, as well as my personal auto purchasing agent. Even if you have to make an appointment to use him--see Ken Harvey! Though of all the sales agents at Ehrlich's are great, so you really can't go wrong. In summary, know what your trade is worth, know your credit score, know what the car you want is selling for at various dealerships, and then go to Ehrlich's and you will find they will meet or beat the numbers you had in mind. Ehrlich Goes the Extra Mile - The sales and finance team at Ehrlich has really gone the extra mile. I wanted a rare color and option combination for a 4runner Limited. After following several leads Ehrlich was able to locate and obtain the exact vehicle that I wanted. Although I had contacted two other dealers, neither went the extra mile to locate and obtain the vehicle I wanted. Purchase of 2011 Toyota Takoma
This is my third time buying a used car through Erlich Toyota. this is in spite of the fact that we are much closer to Pedersen Toyota. As in the past, I found the experience a non-high-pressure sales. Our salesman was knowledgeable, and gave us a demo of 4-wheeling with the vehicle. The truck was very clean and well-prepped. Bill
