Takes 2 hours for oil change with appointment. Told me I needed new brake pads but didn't bother to check my rotors. The person of contract didn't even bother talking to me, just sent me messages on my phone even though I was on site and 15 feet away.

Very nice dealership with plenty of selection, we spotted the exact truck we wanted, the Tacoma TRD Sport, and Gio was very quick to help us get a test drive, look at a comparison SR5 model (which we hated, lol) and get a great lease deal spun up. He was busy with other customers as it was a jam-packed holiday sales day, but I always felt very cared for and listened to, especially since I know that I love to yap other's ears off. :^) Chad also was amazing with helping get us squared away on payments extremely quickly, and clarified any terms or clauses that didn't make sense up front. Coming in with knowledge of what we wanted, money ready to put down and some wiggle room on monthlys made everything go very smoothly. Thank you!

Gio and team came in with an offer, accepted our counter offer, we signed and boom done. Everybody was friendly and professional, we didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had in a dealership.
