Loyalty still alive and well at Reynolds Ford.

I am a faithful customer at Reynolds Ford and they reward customer loyalty...I have just purchased our 6th new Ford and they make this usually long drawn out dance of the deal quick and painless...We have always been treated fairly and came away feeling I made a good deal without expending feelings of anger or frustration in getting to the point of the final sale. I rate the experience a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10!

My wife needed a different car but was physically unable to shop for it herself. Tyler listened to our needs, then spend three days finding exactly what she was right for her. The entire process, which I had dreaded at the beginning, was turned into the best car buying experience of my 50 year car-buying history. Everyone at Reynolds Ford is friendly, courteous, and most of all, professional. Thank you for making a pair of "Geezers" mobile again.

Tyler Easton was a great salesman

The whole team took care of us very well. Everything went smooth and they were able to get us the vehicles we wanted. Even on delivery people came out congradulating us great experience.

Looking for a new car

Martin was a wonderful sales person to work with. He knew every answer to all my questions. Martin was friendly, funny and NO PRESSURE! I was in sales for years before retirement and he would have been top in the field. Very nice young gentleman. I decided on a Chrysler instead of a explorer because the car wasn’t as bumpy as the truck, but we will look him up when we need a new truck. We also own a F250 currently. Bought a new car and they made it painless

Tyler and Shawn were so compassionate And understanding about my anxiety regarding such a large purchase. They held my hand and were very personable and kind. They got me the best deal and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them! If I could give Tyler more than 5 stars.i would!
