They never contacted me after I reached out twice. Guess they don’t want my business

After months of looking for a particular car, I found it at Blasius of Attleboro. From the moment we drove on the lot we were greeted by Max with a welcoming hello. He worked with us and showed alot of patience and grace when we presented him with a long list of questions. Steve was wonderful too! He made us feel like we were the most important thing going on at the moment....... even if we weren't :) my "new" car is 3 years old but with the incredible talents of the detailing department it looks like a brand new car! I would highly recommend Blasius of Attleboro for your next car purchase!

So just had the absolute worst experience in my entire 47 years with a car dealership. Blasius of Attleboro takes the cake!!!! My son 21 years old purchased a 2021 BMW from there, 1 day after picking it up the check engine light came on. They took the car in and sent it to BMW because it was under warranty. The next day they got I back all fixed………but they(Blasius) wanted to look it over again to make sure everything was OK. My son gets a call saying the tires are bad and need to be replaced, we can do the expensive tire you have on there, or we will do free cheaper . After pointing out they delivered him the car over 48hrs ago and did a supposed 180 point inspection, the Finance guy who is the only honest guy in the place, told them to do the right thing and replace like for like. Fast forward 48 hrs later the car is ready to pick up. 24 hrs later the check engine light is back. We cut out the middle man and took it direct to BMW because it is a warranty issue. BMW could not get the tires off, the force at which Blasius installed the tires was causing pressure on the wheel bearing. Lug nuts stripped and so on, went in and spoke with Ricardo the service manager, he agreed to pay for the repairs because they caused the damage. Today every manger from the top down refused to pay the bill. Not sure how they sleep at night knowing they placed my son in a unsafe car not once but twice! $500 repair that was necessary because of their service department and it’s my son who has to pay!!!!! Don’t waste your time buying there……service department is not trained to work on high end cars and the management doesn’t care that you are driving something unsafe!!! All about lining their pockets!!!!!

Highly recommend! Jeremy was kind, patient, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and had a great deal and a great experience! He is a great asset to the company and would recommend to all my friends who need a vehicle to check there first! They were honest and professional, no pressure, made sure all the vehicle concerns were checked and taken care of. The detailing team made sure the car was spotless and I appreciate their hard work! James made the paperwork effortless, and made sure to get a great rate on my loan! Don’t hesitate to check the place out for a good quality used car that is sold with transparency and integrity! It’s been a very long time since I bought a vehicle from a lot and this was such a wonderful experience I’ll be ready to do it again in a few months for my daughter. Sebastian was kind and incredibly flexible. I had some scheduling conflicts with work and he was gracious enough to work with me through the whole deal and we got it done! A knowledgeable car salesman and very personable. I bought a vehicle in fantastic shape with great mileage at a fair price in a market that is a bit off kilter overall. Thankful for Sean in the office as well for helping me make a plan for the summer so that I will be available and eligible for a second car purchase in the fall. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to roll the windows down and go for a cruise in this smooth ride! 😎

AVOID! I was supposed to have a second key made for my vehicle upon delivery. It wasn’t done and now they want more money than the quoted amount. Typical dealership xx. Not trustworthy. Go elsewhere.

I had an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I even got a reminder about my appointment. After an hour and a half drive, twent minutes away, I got a call that the vehicle was sold. Not good business practice!

Sebastian and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and I feel a got a fair price for a great vehicle! It was a seamless transaction and the car came with a clean car fax and a 60 day / 2500 mile guarantee which made me feel confident to make the purchase. I definitely recommend Blasius!
