Very nice. Numi is AMAZING!! I have been a lease customer for about 15 years. In the past your service center was aweful!! But since the name change the service center has been great and Numi always takes good care of me!!

Was told I need a low pressure fuel pump $1200.
Was told I need a low pressure fuel pump $1200. Was told i should get the car back by Friday. I had to call the service department at 5pm to get an update only to be told it also need a high pressure fuel pump $1800. No communication. My previous experience is similar. AC issue was told the issue was fixed, a few days later it started doing the same thing they said they repaired so I had to pay additional money to get it fixed. Needed the splash guard under the engine replaced, your people just put in bolts with washers only to have it fail. Again we had to bring it in 2 additional times and I requested to see the repair and was told they didn't replace it initially. Wow! You service team needs up to date diagnostic equipment and better trained technicians if this is how it works. Better communication from Amanda would be good along with Tony Lit.

Very good service and friendly staff. Knowledgeable too. Zackary was very helpful and attentive to detail, I really appreciated his help. Also, I am liking the change in ownership. Things have been more efficient, in my experience.

I brought my Honda Passport in for regular maintenance
I brought my Honda Passport in for regular maintenance and was greeted by Dennis Williams who handled the repairs. I was able to wait on my Honda at the dealership and had a breakfast sandwich during my wait. When the repairs were completed I was quickly sent on my way.
