Audi Farmington Hills

This is hands down, the worst experience I have ever encountered with a dealership and I own 6 cars!! I have documentation via text and e-mail to support every claim I am making. I first contacted Aaron Stokes regarding a used Lexus they had for sale. Aaron did not respond to e-mails, had horrible to no follow-up etc. I spoke to him on a Saturday and voiced my concern. He apologized, made some excuses and said he would follow-up with his used car manager on Monday and call me that day. Monday came and went and finally, on Thursday, I called the dealership and explained the experience with Aaron. They seemed concerned so had another agent contact me. Her name is Zahraa Amhaz. She contacted me apologizing and claiming that was very unusual for Aaron to be so unresponsive. I met with her that day, drove the vehicle and had a follow-up question that I texted her on Saturday,. She did not respond at all. On the following Monday, I again texted her telling her I would like to proceed with the purchase and would like to discuss price. She NEVER even responded.....absolutely unbelievable!! I would steer clear of Audi Farmington Hills and their team. Very unprofessional and buyer beware!! Can you imagine that if this is the experience when you are trying to purchase a vehicle from them, what will the experience be like if there is an issue? They are part of the Suburban Collection which is now owned by Lithia. I am going to reach out to one of the VP's at Lithia and see how they respond. Stay tuned!

I just leased my second car from Patrick. Very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to lease or purchase a car!

Zahraa was in a word - Amazing. Z not only made the transaction was incredibly simple but she took the time (even outside of business hours) to make sure we knew what we were getting and she wanted to make sure we truly loved the vehicle we ended up purchasing. No pressure, just a smooth simple (and fun!) car purchasing experience. The only problem is now I think we need another Audi but rest assured if that comes to pass we'll get it from her!
