I had one vehicle in mind to purchase. I looked for a long period of time and finally found it at McKaig Chevrolet Buick. The price was right where I expected it to be, so I decided to go and look at it. I met Dennis Smith at the dealership and I became very comfortable with him quickly. He has a great personality and seemed very genuine in his efforts to help me. The process was painless and quick. I went there several times and was always warmly greeted by Dennis and Jeremy Schumacher, Sales Manager. Jeremy always asked me if I had everything I needed to proceed with my shopping experience and if I was being taken care of. As time went on I finally decided what I wanted to do and everything really started to happen quickly. I met Brandon McClosky, Finance Manager. Brandon thoroughly went over all of the options that were available to me for financing, warranty needs and options, and all of the possibilities to increase the security and protection of my purchase. I was treated like the only customer there and made to feel most welcome and comfortable at all times. It really is a no pressure, home town experience. Tim was super friendly from the get go. We talked very genuinely and I never felt like I was talking to a "salesman."
