Eli was a great help, very kind and came across as very reliable. My only complaint was that I ended up being there waiting for my car for (just shy of) 7 hours. That felt quite excessive. When making the appointment the computer system gave the estimated time of 1 hour. Yes, I ended getting new tires, so it took longer, but seems like an extra 6 hours is quite excessive. You should really set better expectations on the timing so people don’t waste an entire day sitting in your waiting room.

I can’t speak about the dealership directly…… what I can rave about is Rork, the service manager that I have had the pleasure of working with for years. Rork is a stellar service provider .Impeccable integrity. Corwin is extremely fortunate to have retained him in the transition. They don't get any better. Give him a raise, bonus or paid vacation. He is worth his weight in gold. I don’t know him personally, I speak from the perspective of a mature businesswoman’s perspective. I know solid gold when I see it.

I had a simple service, oil/change scheduled for 11:00.
