Our experience with Fernando was easy and

Our experience with Fernando was easy and straightforward. He was a very good listener and helped us with our used car purchase. He was very knowledgeable and would reply to our calls and texts in a timely manner which keep us well informed on our purchase. I requested that our used car be given an extra cleaning and he took care of our request which looked outstanding! Thanks again Fernando for making our car buying experience so special. Well done! 👍

Had a really positive buying experience.

Had a really positive buying experience. Everything was made transparent and clear when it came to vehicle cost. Completing the final paperwork was also simple and painless, they didn't force me to buy any extras add-ons or tack on random fees in the final contract. Definitely will keep them at the top of my list for future car purchases.

Although I generally don't write reviews I want to say I

Although I generally don't write reviews I want to say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole new car buying experience - my first in over 15 years. I met with Brian many times (my choice). He was patient, very knowledgeable, listened to my questions, requests and concerns. I did not feel pressured by a "salesman" as I had in the past. After a test drive I realized there was one more "must have" that was missing in that vehicle. Within a day or two he had the right vehicle in the lot for me. The new showroom is clean and spacious, but the lot can be pretty tight. I plan to return to McGovern Hyundai Rt 2 for service when needed. Thanks Brian!

I don’t want to do business with a dishonest location.

I don’t want to do business with a dishonest location. Would you? I saw a vehicle and called ahead to make sure it was available. I was informed by the sales rep it was available. I proceeded to inform her that I was driving over an hour with my two young children at which point she scheduled me in for a test drive. I arrive down there and was passed on to sales rep Will. We sat at Wills desk where he takes a copy of my drivers license etc. Will then leaves for over half an hour at which point the GM came by for small talk with me and my children. When Will returns he informs me the vehicle was on a lift getting work done and couldn’t be driven but I can take a look at it. My children and I walk down to the maintenance area and saw the truck. Will then stated that he would call me and inform me when I can return. A few days later Will calls with an update and stated that they found a bad sensor and had to fix it and that I can come the following week as they’re waiting on the part. I called a week later after not hearing anything to get informed by another sales rep that the vehicle was sold. My main issue is not that they sold the car it’s the disregard for my time. Three hours of my day in addition to phone conversations about a vehicle they had no intention on selling me. I already had financing and could have made another purchase! This place is the epitome of every bad stereotype you seen or heard of about a used car salesman. Don’t let the renovations fool you they’re a dishonest business.
