It was horrble car about this car twice and sent email once nobody ever got back to me not interested in this dealership any more too many other car out there althought I was willing to pay cash for the car. Not interested!

Went there for a test drive of a 2024 UX250h. Great salesman, very informative and patient. I told him I still wanted to test drive a Prius and he was nonetheless very helpful. Good deal but decided to wait.

I just had the best car buying experience at Sheehy Lexus! From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The staff specifically Errol Raj and Justin Hinds were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me through each step without any pressure. They made sure I found the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Thank you Sheehy!

They pressured me as soon as they met me.
They pressured me as soon as they met me. Didn’t make me feel comfortable. Didn’t show me the car before showing me the paper work for payment. Do not recommend, this dealership. SUV smelled like smoke and they didn’t even try to cover it up. This was a huge waste of my time and made me miss out on the actual SUV that I could have bought.

Terrible customer service, they promised to hold a car
Terrible customer service, they promised to hold a car for me and sold it when I was on the way. After I rented a car!! Don’t believe anything they say.

This dealership is not the same as it was before the sale. I have had several bad experiences with them. I called to ask some questions about the heating and cooling system in my 2010 Lexus hybrid. Craig in the service department was rude and eventually hung up on me. This is the third Lexus I have had and the first one was purchased here. I called back to speak with the service manager and he was extremely condescending to me. I left several messages for the GM and my calls were never returned. I will never step foot in there again!

This dealership has gone downhill since Sheehy bought
This dealership has gone downhill since Sheehy bought them. My family has bought 4 cars from them. My husband and I are both in the market for a new car and we will l NOT buy one from any Sheehy dealership. My Lexus rx350 had a leak in the back of my car and the service department said it will cost $1000 for them to investigate the leak and there were not guarantees of finding and fixing the problem. Took it to my mechanic and he fixed it for free. Need new front break pads and Lexus quote was almost $600. My mechanic will fix them for half the cost. I also had a crack in my dashboard and called Lexus service dept. They said it will cost $350 and when i took my car in, I received a call saying it will cost over $1,000. Finally, when I recently had my car inspected there and went to pick it up, I was handed my key and told to just go out there and get my car. The service is horrible and customer service is nonexistent. As I stated earlier, we will never buy a car from Sheehy Lexus or and Sheehy dealership. Sad to see what was a customer centric dealership that would do anything for the customer has now become a dealership that only cares about the bottom-line dollar and doesn't care about the customer as all.

False Advertising
Last Wednesday I called about a used car advertised on cars.com for a given price. Carfax report was all clear. I was out of town, so on Friday I paid a $1000. holding fee, and signed paperwork including the price. On Sunday I called to set up a time to see it, and was told they needed to “go over it” to get it ready for me to see. They would call when it was ready. I called Monday evening to get a status, and was told they were still working on it, repairs might need to result in a price increase, (What!?!?) and they would call either way on Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday. They called Wednesday to tell me it had been pulled from inventory; repairs were not possible to “bring it up to our standards.” I told the salesman that this cost me a whole week of car shopping, and caused me to wonder whether cars.com can be trusted. He said when they get a car in, it “automatically” goes online. He said they would need to review that policy, and would refund my $1000. I call this false advertising. They should not post a vehicle until they have gone over it and determined a fair price. I do wonder whether cars.com has set policies for how dealers can advertise.

I tried to buy a vehicle on line through their Minogram
I tried to buy a vehicle on line through their Minogram programand because I live out of state, they would not sell a hybrid vehicle to me. This isn’t advertised anywhere on their website. They turn customers away because they don’t live in Virginia. When I asked to speak to someone in management such as the GM about this policy, Elyanna just passed me off to another salesperson. I have bought multiple vehicles from Sheehy dealerships…..NEVER AGAIN. Sheehy lost a long time repeat customer because of this dealership’s policy about not selling hybrids to out of state customers. Additionally, I emailed the General Manager asking for more explanation and heard nothing back… Horrible customer service!!!!
