I had a water pump replaced on warranty on a 2021 Jeep

I had a water pump replaced on warranty on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was just done. Other than taking longer than expected, they did a good job.

Drew is a great salesman to work with.

Drew is a great salesman to work with. Easy going and gets the customer what they would like to get! Gave me a great trade in virtually by phone messaging and pictures I sent. We were both very honest on what we had and both were happy. Nice little dealership with not so much hustle and bustle like bigger cities. More of local experience feel even though I drove 250 miles one way! They had what I wanted and gave me what I asked of them! Great financing options as well!

My wife brought the jeep in for service and in the notes

My wife brought the jeep in for service and in the notes was about the windshield you said you were going to replace it when we bought it because of a rock chip in it you never talked to her about it

Just like other large dealerships, they put used vehicles...

Just like other large dealerships, they put used vehicles up for sale before they're even detailed. When I leave town in hopes of finding something I like, I plan on driving home with it that day. I'm tired of hearing that somebody comes in once a week to do the detailing and fix the dings and scratches. I'm not coming back or paying for anything before it looks the way it should. And of course they low balled me on the trade in value of mine. They took the Blue Book trade in value and then deducted for the high mileage even though the printed value was after factoring in the mileage. I thanked them for their time and then the sales manage called and left me a voice mail and a few days later, emailed me and expected me to come back. When I mentioned the low balling on mine he said they have a hard time marketing vehicles with over 100,000 miles on them but then I saw an older SUV just 1 year newer than mine and just 10,000 miles less and they were asking almost $4000 for it and offering me $500 for mine after admitting mine was in great shape. Anyway, I give them an extra star because they didn't high pressure me when I was there. They just told me I was better off hanging onto mine since it was in such good shape.

I couldn't be happier with the experience and the vehicle. I worked with Marin & Chase and they were both very helpful and professional. The fact that I received a great price and they delivered to my front door is incredible. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them as well.
