Our 2018 Kia Stinger needed recall work and some major mechanical repairs. We live in PA, but chose Ken Ganley Kia in Mentor, OH because they could accommodate us in a reasonable amount of time. Zach was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to us. We appreciate him and his level of customer service!

Service is difficult to reach by phone.
Service is difficult to reach by phone. Service adviser was dismissive and arrogant of our concerns possibly due to a lack of knowledge about our EV vehicle. We did connect with an excellent customer service rep at KIA who addressed the issues with our vehicle and will presumably follow up with KIA. Service department also seemed understaffed because we watched our vehicle sit for 12 minutes after service and wash.

Horrible service department.
Horrible service department. They missed obvious things on my car and even damaged it when I dropped it off for a routine service. They are incredibly difficult to deal with. I've used this dealership for years, but I won't be using them anymore.
