Nope!

3rd time in a row car not ready in time. The most recent one. I called at noon to inquire. Service tech unsure of status, never called back as promised. Wasn’t done at time agreed upon. Had to take an Uber since I had no car. 160.00 total for both ways. Never offered a discount, paid full price in end.

Service focused

Tammy was awesome and attentive very patient with my questions. Shout out to mechanic T who showed me one of the parts he was replacing.

Great Service

Took my Miata in for 7500 mile check up. Matt was waiting for me when I arrived. He got everything started quickly. Fast, friendly service with the exception of there being no sugar for coffee. Otherwise, A1.

Excellent Experience.

Did a fine job. On time and well within budget. Michael was very courteous, professional and helpful. Waiting area is very comfortable and spotless. Overall experience was excellent.

Great service

Brought in my vehicle for service and from the moment I entered I was treated like a king. Got an awesome '23 loaner vehicle and was out of there in just a few minutes. I was provided with service updates on my vehicle and it was ready the next day.

Great service !

Micheal was very kind and considerate of my situation. I was surprised to receive a courtesy car to get home. While my car was there Michael kept me up to date with what was going on. Upon pickup the same professional care was given to me. I was very impressed with the dealership. Micheal’s personality is perfect for his position, he is kind and caring and very calming. Not what it used to be

Started out well enough. The young man at the front desk was informative, easily gave me a loner. My car took over 4 hours to be completer with the ‘add-ins’ required. I arrived to collect my car as requested. The cashier did not have my paperwork; I couldn’t find my car when I was finally finished and I just received a text telling me I need to return the loaner or I would be charged. The loaner was returned an hour before What is going on?!?

Weird experience

Waited very long time at sales sitting area to test drive the car. I came for used 2022 Mazda CX30 but was told they no longer have it. So I test drove the new car. I was told it would take additional 1.5 hours for dealer to estimate my trade car. I couldn't wait so I was about to leave. They said they can take a quick look at it and email or text me the results. They never did. Also the car I originally came to see and was told it was sold , then was emailed to me again. I emailed back asking if it was available. I got response yes. Then I asked to send me specifics of the car, then I got reply that it is not available. Very strange communication games going on.

Service Department needs help

Needed a tire replaced due to a screw in the side wall. After many tries to reach the service department, I was given an appointment for a Saturday. Shortly after arriving for my appointment I was told that they could not help me because the warranty department was closed. (I bought 4 tires from the dealership 4-7-22 so the tire should have been covered under the road hazard.) I was asked if I could come back Monday. That meant drive the car with the screw still in the tire back home and back on Monday. Really?? After raising my concern with that, they did give me a loaner so I could leave the car there. Thank you Tamara for that, she was the only positive in this whole experience. Not sure how the road hazard warranty works but since I was 14 days over the 1 year purchase date I ended up paying almost full price for the tire. If it would have happened 15 days ago the tire would have been replaced at 100%. So basically the road hazard is only good for a year. However, they will try to sell you 4 or 5 other services even though they couldn’t help with the original issue. Again, Tamara was very helpful! The rest of the experience with the service not so good.

Waste of time

I spent about 2 hours of my time there trying to find out about the trade in cost for my Mazda and possibly getting a new vehicle. I test drove 2 cars they had been long done the inspection on the car I wanted to trade in. I asked numerous times what they would give for my trade in and could not get an answer. I told then I was very interested in the last car I test drove. I had to leave and they said they would call me with the prices. They never called. I emailed them to follow up, they never emailed back. I emailed the sales manager about it. He emailed back and said he would email me back first thing in the morning with prices. He never emailed! I guess these guys don't want to sell cars. What a waste of my time!
