Nick was such a helpful salesman. He helped me select exactly the car I wanted and walked me through the purchase process so smoothly. And made sure that I got the best deal for my budget. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to having my 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited serviced there over the course of my ownership.

I tried 2 dealerships before coming here. They all said they specialize in bankruptcies, but ourisman was the only one who could get the job done. I got a letter from Nick Cutlip and came in with my mom. We came a little after 1pm and were driving home in the new car by 4pm. Nick really cares for his customers and isn't pushy at all. I felt completely comfortable with the whole process.

I was referred to Barry from my coworker Rosheedia Masszonia. I bought a new Hyundai Sonata 2015 from Barry at the OURISMAN HYUNDAI in April 2016. Barry was friendly, upfront and honest throughout the entire process. He even missed his flight to make sure I was good and understood everything throughout the whole entire transaction. I tried two dealerships who claimed they specialized in bankruptcies before coming here. I received a letter in the mail from Nick Cutlip/Ourisman & gave it a try. I handled everything over the phone and via email. Went to the dealership at 7pm. I picked up out a vehicle with Nick helping me. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and not pushy at all which I loved. I drove off in a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander at 9:05pm....BRAND NEW! Nick know his stuff people!!!

Gary was very helpful in my first experience buying a car. He knew his stuff was straightforward with me. The only downside to the experience was the salespeople that wasted time trying to get me to purchase extra warranties and gimmicks after I had decided what I wanted. I definitely recommend this dealership, but cut to the chase with the salespeople- don't let them waste your time.

I had the best experience ever at the Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel. Everyone from sales to finance was just fabulous. Nick Cutlip is the most amazing sales person I have ever met. He is straight forward, honest, fast, and hardworking. Very nice man with a beautiful personality, Nick your the best. Loving my new Hyundai Sonata I will be back for my next new car.

I had been through a hard time. Received a letter from Nick Cutlip, SR of oursiman in Laurel MD Gave Nick my info, we had a great conversation. Very understanding . He told me to come in the next day, had all my paperwork done and had a vehicle ready for me. The process was smooth and easy Everyone I met with was Great. Bijan is wonderful he worked with me and I got the vehicle I wanted (he even drove to VA himself to pick it up to ensure it was ready at the time promised).
