Great service experience

In and out for service without a problem. Car is all I expected when I bought it. Facility is new and kept clean. People there have a smile and ACT like they really want to help.

efficient but watch for ad ons

Online is efficient Staff responsive on phones. Really? Has to be 20 words. Jeez. What? Are we doing a book report in elementary school?

Great service, quickly in and out.

Dixie quickly checked me in, told me I might have to wait since I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. Turned out she was wrong; the 10,000 mile service was done VERY quickly and by 15 minute after my appointment I was good to go. Great treatment, including the thorough check of the all the operating systems.

helpful and customer friendly. My salesman was amazing and helpful, Jimmy Collier, so much so my sister and her husband bought a highlander from him.

Very friendly, immediate service great waiting area with food, drink and space to work if needed wifi to check calls and email while you wait.

Ten thousand mile check

Friendly people. I was accommodated with a request in that I needed to be at an unexpected funeral . My car was quickly serviced allowing me to get there on time.

Minimal waiting time and comfortable waiting area. The service department never pushes unnecessary repairs; and, when a service is recommended, I am always provided with the price in advance.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The mechanics are thorough with the repairs and presentation for additional maintenance work suggested to be completed soon.
