If I could give less than 1 star I would!

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! I have owned my BMW for over 10 years. I moved away from where we bought the car and wanted to take it in to a closer dealership for regular service. I tried for weeks to get an appointment with them. You can not actually talk to a person on their phone service. I finally just made an automated appointment for service on an issue the car was having. When they called to make sure I would be at my appointment, I FINALLY got to talk to a person and got to speak to the service rep who would handle the car. He was extremely rude to me and talked down to me. When my husband and I took the car to the dealership he was rude to both of us! We did not even pull the car in to the service department because of the treatment we got. We ended up trailering the car back to CA to the dealership we bought it from 10 years ago and we had them take care of it! I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership!

BEST car buying experience I've ever had!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Everyone at Bill Pearce is fantastic. My salesman Isaac Ndalo is a walking car encyclopedia. That's not all. He is so passionate about these cars and knows every little detail. That's not the best part. He is very intuitive about what car would be right for me. I took my time choosing a car and Isaac was able to help me compare, intuit what I really wanted and I know I got the best car for my needs. I love my new car! I would shop here again in a heartbeat, but I have such a great car, I won't need to for a long time. I will be referring all my friends. Thank you Isaac and Bill Pearce Motors.

Wonderful Sales Associate

I bought my 5th Volvo from John Pohl at Bill Pearce Motors. John is the best sales associate my husband and I have worked with through many years of buying cars for ourselves and our children. John listens, remembers, doesn't pressure, is calm, and very thorough. Highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a car.

Warranty Repairs

I've been dealing with Bill Pearce for over a decade. With my Porsche, BMW and Volvo's. They have always been great to deal with for all of my cars. My service writer Michael Sanderson on the Volvo side, and Bill Patrick on the BMW side, I deal with both, are exceptional to work with. Great car dealership!

Warranty Repairs

I've been dealing with Bill Pearce for over a decade. With my Porsche, BMW and Volvo's. They have always been great to deal with for all of my cars. Terrible service all the way!

I have been to many BMW dealerships in the last 20 years I’ve owned six BMWs this is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to they do not know what they’re doing and I don’t know why do yourself a favor and find somebody else in right now because these guys are not good at diagnosing or explaining what’s wrong sure it’s management problem here!
