I had a very good experience at Johnson City Ford. Sales Representative Stan Schlegel met me on the lot to go over the features of the F-250 Pickup I was admiring. I was offered a very fair trade for my pickup. Financing and paperwork went very well on the purchase of the F-250. Stan help me set up FordPass feature on my new truck and followed up a few days later to see if I had any issues.

We met Austin upon arrival at the Johnson City Ford dealership finding him to be an enthusiastic professional. He answered our questions forthrightly and, knowing that we were going that same day to two other dealerships (Honda and Toyota) he presented the Ford Escape and it's attributes in a very positive manner maintaining his professionalism. We did not make a purchase on that visit but came back after visiting and driving other vehicles. Based on the positive experience with Austin and the reasonable "deal" offered (not too much different from that at the other dealerships) we chose to purchase our new SUV from Johnson City Ford.

I had been looking for a new Lincoln Aviator and found just the one I wanted at Johnson City Ford/Lincoln. When I called , I was put in contact with Doug Still and he did not disappoint. Doug stayed in contact with me through the process, from the time I expressed interest to the point when I was driving off the lot with my vehicle. I had to fly in to pick up the vehicle and Doug had a nice ride waiting upon arrival! I would certainly recommend this dealership...make sure you ask for Doug when you’re in the market for a new car.
