My sales representative was Richard and he was very

My sales representative was Richard and he was very personable and attentive to all my needs! Richard was a subject matter expert when explaining every detail about my vehicle both during/after the sale. He exceeded my standards on delivering quality customer service by going above and beyond my expectations. He even gave me his favorite ink pen because I fell in love with it when signing my docs! Thank you Richard for your professionalism and your guidance!

I am so thankful and happy with the customer service this

I am so thankful and happy with the customer service this dealership has offered to me and how they professionally took care of my needs after my recent accident which lead my car loss. I have been a Hyundai customer since 2021 and I would not go back to any other vehicle make or model. Richard Tillman whom was my salesman along with Ty the finance manager made it possible for me to get into this car. Respectfully these 2 gentleman deserve a 10 star each..

Jose Hernandez , sales associate, was very attentive,

Jose Hernandez , sales associate, was very attentive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We did not appreciate the long speech by the Finance Manager who insisted we listen to his warranty presentation even when we expressed our disinterest in purchasing this product.

(For Genesis of Charlotte) The showroom is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It was busy as xxxx, but the staff kept coming by to assure they knew I was there. After the purchase, at least 4 associates, including the store manager, stopped by to thank me for the purchase and "Welcome to the family!" It honestly felt like they were genuinely interested in the experience (the manager let me test drive the car alone "so you could really play with it"). Overall one of the best car buying experiences Ihave had. Oh, and they don't work on commission - no pressure at all. And kudos to Rose, the associate who helped schedule the appointment last night. She was a joy to talk to.

David was wonderful to work with and he ensured that I understood step of my service. My appointment was early in the morning and the way he greeted me made me feel that my service needs were just as important to him as they were to me. He was a pleasure to work with and he was highly thorough in the services he provided on down to making sure that my stay in the facility was a pleasant experience. I look forward to working with him when I return.
