Our experience with Travis and Theresa at Kunes Mercedes Benz of Sycamore was different than any other dealership we’ve had buying a vehicle from. The attention they gave us was beyond what we are used to. Besides being friendly and knowledgeable, everyone who works there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The dealership is clean and bright. After ordering our vehicle, they kept us up to date on what was happening with it and when it would be delivered. When we picked up our vehicle, they made sure that everything was Perfect before we left. We will definitely be buying all our vehicles there in the future.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
After 16.320 miles our tires are horn out! I called Mercedes and they said that I have to call this dealership! After a waiting of almost a year for our registration (one excuse after another) it seems to me that this dealership sold me some used tires with a brand new GLE450! If you want to be lied to and make your Mercedes experience a piece of crap, go ahead and buy from these people. They are the worst dealership I ever dealt with. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and the bad news keeping coming!
