PURCHASE OF NEW 2014 EXPLORER FORD

looking for salesman review

Spradley has always been fair, kind, & friendly. They treat you like you have brains & treat you with respect. All departments are friendly. Service can be a bit off Standish @ times.

The goal was met.

When we went to look at vehicles the goal was to save money monthly. When we left we felt like the goal was accomplished and we had a newer vehicle that we love. Chris gave us the time that we needed to feel comfortable with the new deal and was very nice to work with.

Bought a Lincoln MKT

My husband & I were in search of a vehicle. We searched everywhere for a vehicle then received a phone call from Spradley Barickman Ford Lincoln Mercury. They asked the normal question & found a vehicle for us & asked what time can we make it here. Once getting there & seeing the vehicle they had ready for us to test drive, it wasn't actually what we wanted. Don't get me wrong it was what we asked them for but it just didn't do it for my husband & I. The salesman Chris M Roberts showed us a new MKT which was on the showroom floor with great rebates, it was the vehicle for us! My husband & I gave Chris a out the door cash money price. They ran the numbers & not even 10 minutes later Chris came back with a handshake & said congratulations on your new Lincoln MKT!! To make a long story short, we are VERY HAPPY with our purchase & the salesman Chris Roberts & Jessica Bravo were excellent! I recommend Spradley Barickman Ford Lincoln Mercury in Pueblo Colorado along with Chris Roberts & Jessica Bravo to the world!!!

The people that I worked with were nice, friendly, willing to work with me they had a smile on there face the whole time I was there and worked to get me everything done as soon as possible this was the shortest time I spent doing paper work.
