I am rating Billie Lopez in the service department.
I am rating Billie Lopez in the service department. Had an ongoing issue with the Battery not charging light on my jeep. Billie gave her maximum effort in trying to resolve the issue. It took a while but she did not drop the ball. Took some additional time to explain some things about my jeep that i did not know. Recently texted to me to see how things were going. That's never happened before. I appreciate her effort in the attention to this matter. Would like to also mention Tim. The roll he played in providing a loaner vehicle during the process of trying to figure this out
