So I currently have been fighting with this company
So I currently have been fighting with this company because I need a total refund on my premium vehicle maintenance plan due to my vehicle being a total loss. I’ve been calling them and they won’t answer my calls. They told me it’s now under the old auto fair. (I bought my car there). I will not do business with them nor will I recommend them. I thought I had a great experience there but turns out they are just slime xxxxx! Their finance managers are incompetent and won’t do anything that they are supposed to do! I wish I could return the car I have now, definitely took off the auto fair branding on it tho! I RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! Been a battle since October 2021

I gave you 5 stars because of Tony Mango he took his time to explain a lot of things and show me something in my car that I did not know about. Tony is very knowledgeable about VW as well. I didn’t have to wait long as I was waiting I had seen all sales people who said hi except person who sold me my car he did come up to me ONLY because I wanted to buy VW cooler he didn’t even bother to see if I could get a discount on it anyways as I was walking around I went outside to speak to guy who sold me my car and he walk away from me I was told he dose this to everyone I’m first to say something about him how fk up is that very disappointed you would think he would come up to me ask about my car and tell my friends to come see him. Bad Business. Thank you Tony Mango for making my time at auto fair Pleasant. Maybe you all should get Tony out there selling cars kindnesses helps.
