The initial sales staff were extremely nice and helpful.
The initial sales staff were extremely nice and helpful. I informed them of an issue before buying the truck and they told me the owner would probably just buy it back. I had the truck less than 24hrs. I contacted them and they would not buy it back or roll the deal back . I spoke with several people about this with no real results. I would be very cautious purchasing from them. Again it’s not the sales people I think it’s the company leadership. Again. Be very cautious.

As an old car guy for many years I have learned to be careful when buying or trading my autos. When I found a BMW 850i at Gravity in Georgia, I did some due diligence and decided to trade my limited edition MB AMG GTS with these folks and have not regretted the transaction at all. I dealt with GM Arnaldo and he chose Destiny for me as the sales person who would work closely on the transaction. They both get 5 stars for dealing with a former Porsche concours judge who drove them crazy on details. We all survived the deal and are still friends. In summary this dealer and their employees are outstanding in all areas and I would give them a hearty recommendation to anyone who wants to buy or trade their vehicle. After thinking about it, I would give them 10 stars, not 5 stars! Bud in SC
