This dealer uses a bizarre and unscrupulous tactic where

This dealer uses a bizarre and unscrupulous tactic where they advertise the vehicle as a lower price to attract buyers but in the fine print it states that this price is after a $2,000 down payment. Very shady and deceitful. I don't conduct business with dishonest people like that and you shouldn't either.
