Absolutely worst.

Absolutely worst..I have done business with them in the past..I filled out credit application and waited for the phone call originally got Joanna who had no answers if your gonna call the customer have somewhat of a backbone and know what your doing. I got transferred to TOM DIGGS who handles less then perfect credit all he wanted to do is argue and keep interrupting me..I clearly explained I have shopped around and GM and ALLY approved with money down and I was being LOW BALLED ON TRADE..so I just asked if I was at the dealership right now who would he suggest that would go over sticker by 30% with a strong payment history with a beacon score of 540..he just wanted to argue with me well your telling me your score YES the other two dealerships told me can you just shout out what banks you can think of just argued the whole time!! Yes I know you deal with over 30 banks I GET IT..Ricart used Westlake for their pre approval but won’t use them for their loans ITS A BATE AND SWITCH..I have used westlake in the past they are decent..but NO SAYS TOM DIGGS.absolutely not we don’t do business with them BATE AND SWITCH no matter how you word it..pathetic-all I wanted was a adult conversation to try and strategize before we just sent my report to 30 banks..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TOM DIGGS YOU SHOULD BE FIRED and Joanna should stay off the phone!! Tom just wanted to argue we all can’t be 800 beacon score.. I was a underwriter for 20 years for GECAL I dealt with people like TOM DIGGS all day I always looked at everything on the table not just beacon score and held the dealerships responsible if they lied or tried shenanigans.. If I was still doing it RICART CHEVROLET would itemize every deal I even called the customers to CHECK POINT the dealers..literally a $68000 deal and I get tom and Joanna who couldn’t wait to get rid of me..I feel bad for Julie my original sales girl years ago if she even still their working with people who won’t help and pass buck and just want to argue..

I ordered a GMC Sierra on 2/24 and received a

I ordered a GMC Sierra on 2/24 and received a conformation 3 days later on 2/27. I called today on March 27 for an update and Ricart told me the car was not ordered and is no longer available in metallic gray. Only the PRO is no longer available in metallic gray. Why give me a confirmation # if it's no good? I wasted a month and would have never known there was no truck on order if I had not called. What a mess to deal with Ricart GMC.

Samantha was rude and acted like she didn’t know

Samantha was rude and acted like she didn’t know anything. I was there ready to buy a car and she didn’t even want to try to deal. Horrible experience, I will never return simply because of the way she made me feel.

The car salesman was great but the offer fell through due

The car salesman was great but the offer fell through due to my employment ricart called me to bring the car back that I had for almost 2 weeks. I took the car back asap & was told my down payment would be back in my account within an hour. Checked my account & my money wasn’t in there called ricart & they said my money would take 1-3 days that’s not appropriate since they have the car I should have my $ since I’m trying to buy another car. The guy in finance was rude so rude I hung up on him. If I don’t have my money today I’ll be reviewing ricart on Facebook & next the better business bureau I promise that. It’s not ok for you to have the car & keep my money so I’ll be letting everyone know how you guys conduct business

Ricart was pretty easy to work with!

Ricart was pretty easy to work with! Living 2 hours away was difficult but Joseph made it work and helped out a ton! He answered calls fast, working with me on his time off and helped seal the deal. He was a great guy and very personable but also professional and got business done! Only had one hiccup along the way but Joseph and his manager Jonathan made it work! Great deals, easy to work with, and great staff.
